Vacation rentals with a patio in Farmer's Hill

Great location and place to stay while visiting Exuma, Very clean and lots of space for the two of us or more. Convenient area to walk to splash bar across the street or to Jolly hall and enjoy the beach. Beach towels/cooler/sunscreen was also available on hand to make the most of our beach days. Clinton was very responsive and accommodating for any needs or questions. I will definitely be booking with Clinton again when returning to Exuma.

Meredith was great! She was in communication and easy to get ahold of if needed. The place was PERFECT! Looked exactly like the photos. Location was also perfect with a few restaurants and beaches within walking distance but also a short 5 min drive to Georgetown. When we come back I hope to be able to book with Meredith again.

Bella’s place was beautiful, the photos did no justice everything is modern. Felt like home away from home . You must book this place I highly recommend.

The unit was spotless, modern and very comfortable. It is centrally located and close enough to George Town. I will definitely be back!

Ken is a super host.. He took time out of his schedule to guide us to the location, because it was our first time in Exuma. His Airbnb was beautiful, was everything we expected and more!! Ken, even did check ups to see how we were doing every day on our trip, was super helpful in recommending places to go and eat. I would recommend his place anytime! Hope to see you soon! 10/10 island life! Our stay at Bowe Cay was nothing short of spectacular. A perfect family escape to unwind and reconnect. The island is just the right blend of comfort and untouched natural beauty—completely private, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning waters. The main house and bungalows were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning, hot showers, and Wifi all while maintaining a cozy island feel. Ryan was fantastic to communicate with before our trip. Always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with all our questions. One of the highlights of our experience was Sam, our boat driver and guide. He was warm, welcoming, and full of local knowledge that made our time on the island even more special. He helped us get oriented, pointed out the best spots to explore, and made the boat rides feel like part of the adventure. Having access to the kayaks made island exploring even more fantastic! Thanks for hosting us Ryan, can't wait to come back!

Gary was a very hospitable and friendly host. The unit was exactly as described. The lane from the main road to the rental could use some work but this is not Gary's responsibility. The area was very private and well kept. There was an outside hose that we could use to rinse off beach sand and salt water. Very nice deck with a couple of chairs. Heat pump in the unit was very good at cooling down the lower level however, the loft bedroom took a bit longer to reach a comfortable temp. The kitchen is small but very functional. Lots of water pressure and hot water. We only had the large front (garage style) door opened once due to the wind but I can imagine that the large screened opening would be great on evenings with just a little breeze. A very short walk to a beautiful beach. We were there the last of March (2025) and the first week in April and it was a bit windy with high surf while we were there but you can't control the weather. We had the beach to ourselves for the most part.

Absolutely amazing! Sea the view beach house is by far the best. Sandra is so kind and generous. The Villa was stocked with more than we could ever of asked for. Lots of floaties, lounge chairs, beach chairs, kayaks, stand up board and so on. It was a fantastic spot for pure peace and quiet. The view everyday was crazy beautiful. The Exuma blue colours of the water kept changing throughout the day, you will never get tired of it. Gorgeous!! The beach we pretty much had to ourselves and floating in the water everyday was a dream. Sandra told us to relax and enjoy, don't worry about anything. Sea the view beach villa is top notch and so is Sandra. She is a fantastic host! Our group of 4 was so impressed and can hardly wait to get back to Exuma. It's the best place in the world!

A Home Away from Home in Paradise 💫🏝️ We recently stayed at the Jericho Beach House in Exuma, and it was an extraordinary family trip! The moment we arrived, Exuma and the Jericho house felt like home. A special thank you to Karin, who was incredibly helpful. She provided excellent suggestions on restaurants, boat rentals, and anything else we needed, responding almost instantly to our requests. We didn’t meet Karin, but we left feeling like we made a new friend. The cottage exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice—it’s clean, with comfortable beds and nice linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with every gadget imaginable, making cooking a breeze. We enjoyed local fish and lobster from vendors nearby. The huge grill outside, made cooking and dinning el fresco so enjoyable. The beach, right outside the door, is one of the most beautiful I’ve seen. The location is perfect, being close to Georgetown and the airport. We highly recommend this gem, we will be back so

The home itself is basic and as described. There were nice sleeping spaces with comfortable beds and the upstairs kitchen stocked with what we needed for a couple days and plenty more. If you are looking to hang out inside with a large group this may not be the place for you because the furniture & living spaces are small. However, the outside space is spectacular! The co-host, Char was very friendly and helpful prior to and upon arrival. She even contacted a bit later to check in and verify we had everything we need. Back to the outdoor space…there was snorkel gear for the family as well as paddle boards & kayaks for our use. The decks, landscape, sense of privacy, and outdoor space were all nice and well-maintained. We enjoyed using the fire pit bbq to make dinner one night. Whether you are experienced at snorkeling or not I encourage you to grab a mask or goggles, go in the water and check it out!! I felt like I was swimming in a tropical aquarium just outside our back door!

A++++++++++++++ We could not have asked for a more beautiful and peaceful home to stay in! Totally private and quiet with AMAZING views. Everything in this home - from linens to appliances were well thought out, brand new and absolutely perfect. We had everything you could possibly need to just show up and relax. James was incredibly helpful with everything. He sent videos to show how to operate anything and everything in the house so we had Zero questions upon arrival. We loved that it was away from the busy Hotel/Resort area - but we could be at any of the big restaurants or beaches within 15 minutes. If you are headed to Great Exuma - stay here!!!

It is located in Little Exuma in the area where there is almost nothing. House in the tranquility of Barraterre beautiful and has just been renovated all new . Equipped with everything you need It is built on two floors with 2 bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds) each with bathroom A shared bathroom Small but fully equipped kitchen x 4 She also provided us with water and drinks in the fridge. Mirrored Ground Floor. There's a place with a washer dryer and all detergents Outside 4 sun loungers for relaxation. Very windy at night but I don't know if it's the time Jenny(the wife)was always available for anything(she also helped us with excursions)and one morning she cooked us the typical Bahamian breakfast. I'd be back in a hurry! Terrace with a view of thewater

We loved every bit of our stay. The owner was responsive and very friendly. There is a bar/restaurant right in front of it- super convenient, and we met the owner of that restaurant who was also very friendly. It is a popular spot for the locals at night. The home was clean, no complaints. There is AC in both of the bedrooms, which is great, but not in the living room/kitchen. That was not a problem for us with the temperature during April, and able to feel the breeze through the screen at times. The beach is gorgeous and private. It was one of our favorite beaches that we had visited/experienced. We saw starfish, an eagle ray, and lots of fish right off the beach. We stayed at Hoopers Bay at another airbnb right after this stay, and we prefer this spot. Hoopers is nice and very convenient to shops, grocery, and restaurant options. But this spot is mixed in with the locals and the culture. We hope to be back again soon!
