It is practical for up to several families, there are 2 air-conditioned properties on the lot, the smaller one offers comfortable accommodation for 2+2 people (with 1 bath) and the larger one for 6+2 people (with 3 baths). There is an indoor pool (10x3.5m), outdoor jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, playground, ping-pong table, football gates, basketball hoop and outdoor kitchen and bathroom. The entire area is only for rent in one (2 houses, garden, pool).

Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

Our holiday home is located on Ábrahámhegy right next to the waterfront. It is unique in that it has a private pier. We just walk out of the house and we can already swim. It is also a perfect place for fishermen. The terrace on the balcony offers a fabulous view. Our spacious ground floor terrace is protected from the sun. We are next to the Káli pool, so you can't be bored. There is a lot to discover, both in terms of natural beauty and gastronomy. The house and jetty are used only by guests.

At the property boundary, the National Park area begins with a great view of the National Park, the surrounding towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Rust, Mörbisch and Fertörakos, and in the distance you can see the Schneeberg on clear days. A diverse bird and animal world is preserved here. Greylag geese, cranes, storks and silver herons and red deer are part of the seasonal daily routine here.

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.
