Klostergården - a cozy farm close to Ribe

The farm is an old family farm, which is close to Ribe, the Viking center, the Wadden Sea, Legoland and lovely Jutland nature. Here, generations have lived and cultivated a heathland that now stands as arable land and forest. Today, the farm is inhabited by Eva and Niels, the parrots, dogs, Icelandic horses, chickens and cats Alicia and Matrosky. The nature around the farm invites good walks and horseback rides. The garden is a great place for kids, with plenty of room for playing on swings, basketball, and trampoline. The farm is organic.

Nostalgic new holiday home for 6 people in the old barn building. The entire home is on the ground floor and built in the old spa hotel style of 1930. We live in the main house on the property, at the end of a quiet gravel road, with nice quiet and rural surroundings. We are a family with 2 children. We have horses, dwarf goats, cats, dogs. We want our guests to experience a relaxed atmosphere of country idyll, nostalgia and comfort. The holiday home has its own small garden and a cozy wooden terrace with a garden pavilion.

If you're mostly in the mood to flatten out a full day of crossword puzzles, board games, and chatter, it's great to hang out in the living room, equipped with a wood-burning stove if it's a bit chilly. If you get hungry, you can conjure up something quickly in the open kitchen – and of course you can also take a long time to pick up on the food.

Beautiful location, idyllic holiday home in the dunes where you can really feel the calm descend. You are in the middle of nature and can enjoy wildlife up close. If you fancy a trip to the beach, it's just a 500 meter walk. The house inside is tastefully decorated and exudes cosiness. Unique house from 1799 with a view over the Wadden Sea in the skipper's town of Sønderho. The house was built by the legend, "The Pirate" Peder Hansen Brinch. Garden and terrace both east and west. The house of 160 m2 is two floors. The ground floor has a kitchen, laundry room, dining room, living room with fireplace, bedroom and bathroom. The upper floor has a kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, large sleeping loft for 2 people and a large living room with a fireplace.

What we most often hear about our cottage is that it has a nice atmosphere, that you feel welcome and at home and that it is cozy. We strive to make the cottage personal but also functional, which is why the decor is a good mix of new and old. We bought the cottage in 2018, renovating it a little along the way and as time allows. What we want is for the cottage to look cozy and personal. Our wish is that the house can be the framework for creating good memories.
