The cottage is located in a small cottage town close to a small green area on one side and Helle Hallen's many facilities and café on the other side. Free parking is available in connection with the cottages.

The house was built in 2023 and heated with an economical heat pump, which means low consumption costs for you as a tenant. There's underfloor heating all over the house.
