A nice getaway to enjoy some peace and quiet. Overlooks a bluff. This property is on a county maintained dirt road, not on two track. State land is nearby for hunting. Located 3 miles from the Evart Motorsports trail. A short drive to Evart, and evart trails to enjoy your ORV, side by side, dirt bikes, and snowmobiles.

This Chalet Cabin A-frame in the woods features 3 bedrooms and comforts for four season stay. The kitchen has open concept to spacious living room with natural fire place. Two full baths, first floor laundry, outdoor deck and firepit. Ride directly to snowmobile trails, 25-30 min ski at Caberfae & Crystal Mountain, mountain biking, road cycling to Traverse City. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place in the north woods. Cabin has 2 twin size beds in the loft and a full size bed on main floor. Includes Kitchen table and chairs and a kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster and a crockpot. There is a bathhouse on site with hot showers and bathrooms. Close to ATV/Snowmobile Trails and you can ride from your site. You will need to provide your own bedding, pillows, towels, cooking utensils and shower items
