Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Falkensee

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment for 3 nights for 3 adults. The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, small shops and bakeries which is great for breakfast. There is also a bus stop M41 which is close to apartment and very frequent which we found convenient. Jan and Julia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt! Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, sehr sauber und die Betten extrem bequem. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Rundum war es eine perfekte Reise. Ein Traum von einer Unterkunft, wertvolle Menschen kennengelernt. Wir sind sehr dankbar, für die Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Ein Wiedersehen ist unbedingt im Plan bei uns.

We stayed for three nights to spend time in the Berlin area. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you might need and more. While the apartment is outside of Berlin, the area has restaurants and shops and a direct train line to centre city. We highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Wer sich auch im Urlaub wie zuhause fühlen möchte, ist bei Peter und seiner Frau goldrichtig. Beide waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben gern weitergeholfen. Vom Check-in an habe ich mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Apartment ist wunderbar in einem grünen Randbezirk Berlins gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Haushalt braucht. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, die fußläufig erreichbar sind, ist man auch schnell bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Berlin zu bieten hat. Ich komme sehr gern wieder und bedanke mich für den schönen Aufenthalt.

We spent a week here as a group of 6 friends and had a fabulous time. The house was generous in size, well laid out and beautifully decorated and furnished. We made full use of the fantastic kitchen which had everything even a demanding cook might desire, and shared great meals in the gorgeous dining room (which can comfortably seat 10 or 12). Having two supermarkets (Aldi and another one) within 5 minutes walk was a real plus.) The three bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. (The 'toddler bed' is in fact a full size single bed.) Re location: it mostly took us close to an hour to travel by public transport to destinations in the centre, something to be mindful of. We'd warmly recommend this place for larger groups.

In unserem Kurzurlaub mit den Kindern hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz, konnten uns auch mal aus dem Weg gehen und haben die Zeit entspannt und genossen. Der schöne grüne Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist mehr als vollständig. Vom Haus aus hatten wir viele Möglichkeiten, etwas zu unternehmen. Die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig. Bei Fragen stand uns Claudia schnell zur Seite! Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen! Vielen Dank Claudia! Liebe Grüße von Anja, Christian und den Kinder

Wir wollten 5 Tage Berlin erleben und dabei morgens und abends etwas Ruhe in der Natur finden. Und genau das war in dem niedlichen Haus mit Garten von Dagmar super möglich. Wir hatten auch unseren Hund dabei, der den Garten, den Park direkt vor der Gartentür und den nahen See sehr geliebt hat. Genau wie wir. Selbst meine beiden Teenies - 19 und 15 Jahre - waren sehr begeistert. Klar, das Häuschen ist nicht unbedingt luxuriös, das liegt einfach am Baujahr, aber das brauchten wir auch gar nicht. Einige Details haben uns wirklich verzückt, z.b. die doppelten Fenster. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig und traumhaft. Übrigens haben wir unser Auto stehen lassen und sind bequem mit Bus und Bahn in die Stadt gefahren. Im Garten gibt es sogar eine Lagerfeuerstelle mit Sitzbänken und einen Kugelgrill. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, selbst einer Waschmaschine. Dagmar ist super lieb und hilfsbereit. Wir können sie und ihr Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

We rented three houses from Hubert's estate and everything was absolutely fantastic! It's a perfect place for children – safe, spacious, and surrounded by nature. All the houses were clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place for families or large groups. We would definitely love to come back!

Wir waren zu fünft in Julias Wohnung um von hier aus Potsdam kennen zu lernen. Hier gab es alles was wir brauchten und wie beschrieben. Wir konnten auf der Terrasse frühstücken und in Ruhe unsere Erlebnisse und Vorhaben besprechen. Eine schön gelegene Wohnung, sehr sauber und funktionell. Gerne wieder.

100% Weiterempfehlung! Wir haben mit 3 Generationen 1 Woche Urlaub in diesem schönen Schwedenhaus verbracht. Das Einchecken ging völlig unproblematisch. Wir durften sogar schon früher, als erwartet, unser Ferienhaus beziehen. Katharina begrüßte uns persönlich und gab uns noch ein paar hilfreiche Tipps für das Haus, nahegelegene Restaurants und Ausflugsideen. Wir fühlten uns sofort zu Hause. Das Haus ist schön ruhig gelegen, in netter Nachbarschaft, mit einem hübschen großen Garten und bequemen Sitzmöbeln. Im Inneren ist es schön groß, hell, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit hochwertiger Ausstattung. Es fehlte uns an nichts. An alles wurde gedacht. Sogar Gewürze, Tee, Kaffee, Spültabs, Seife, Toilettenpapier,... waren vorhanden. Die vorhandenen Gesellschaftsspiele und das Wikingerschachspiel für den Garten sorgten für fröhliche Stunden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Und der begehbare Kleiderschrank perfekt! In kurzer Zeit kann man viele Ausflugsziele erreichen. Wir kommen wieder!

Hans and his partner were exceptional hosts, offering a serene and beautifully maintained space that provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and creativity. Their patience with my late check-in was greatly appreciated, making my arrival seamless. The peaceful surroundings and thoughtful touches throughout the home created an environment that was both welcoming and inspiring. I was able to write quite a lot. Thanks to the calm and comfort of their lovely spot. I highly recommend their place to anyone seeking a restorative and productive getaway.

It’s a wonderful place. We all really enjoyed it. I wish we had time to use the pool more because my three year-old grandson had a great time in the pool. The nearby park is great for kids and has an interesting history. The only suggestion I have about this Airbnb is the glass table legs are really a hazard. My daughter in law and I both hurt our feet. I ended up wrapping towels around the legs. Also could use a hook or two in the guest bathroom there is absolutely nowhere to hang a towel. The nearby beer Garden with dozens of birds is great fun as well.

Super netter Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber. Unkomplizierter check-in, auf Nachfrage auch ein etwas späterer Checkout möglich gewesen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt und dazu ein super bequemes Bett und eine schöne ruhige Terrasse. Beim nächsten Berlin Aufenthalt sehr gerne wieder!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything was just as stated and shown in the photos. All the amenities we needed and more were provided. The place was super clean, comfortable, beautiful, and close to most, if not all, key locations. Frank was great and very helpful. We especially loved the orange juice! Totally recommend!!

Wunderschönes Wochenende mit der Familie in Berlin verbracht: die Wohnung ist traumhaft gelegen und bietet genug Raum für Spiel und Spaß mit 4 Teenagern (Billardraum!). Drumherum sind so viele Restaurants und Cafes, dass wir kaum selber gekocht haben. Eine klare Empfehlung und gerne wieder!

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time in Berlin. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this amazing city has to offer.
