We invite you to our beautiful vacation home with approx. 80 square meters of living space & terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (first floor/attic) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. In addition to a modern bathroom (first floor) with shower, tub, underfloor heating and hairdryer, a separate toilet (attic floor) is also available. For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

They have a locked apartment / 40 m2 on level ground. The terrace invites you to linger. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long. The sofa bed is 2×2 m and can be used as a 3rd bed. Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Welcome to our charming house located in an idyllic rural area, right on the outskirts of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. Here, you will find a truly tranquil place, just about 1.5 km away from the majestic Elbe River. Enjoy relaxing days with a refreshing pool surrounded by palm trees, an outdoor kitchen, a Mediterranean-style terrace with a view of the lush greenery, a soothing Finnish sauna, and a welcoming fireplace. Our house accommodates 4 adults and 2 children.

Guest room in the idyllic village invites you to linger cozily, enjoy nothing to do and simply relax. Kleinrössen is located about 100 km south of Berlin - between Herzberg and Falkenberg. Dresden/Leipzig is also not too far away. Falkenberg is very easy to reach by RE. It is also an attractive tour by bicycle (XXX/KR), e.g. via the Elbe Cycle Route. There is a beautiful surrounding area with good bike paths, lakes and the Black Elster; in short: pure nature.

Quiet, very nice house/property near the Elbe.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. With an extra bed, however, it can also accommodate up to 6 people. Please feel free to ask.

Just 100 meters from the lake, our small Swedish house, which offers 4 beds and a sofa bed, is located in an absolutely quiet, idyllic location on the chestnut avenue. Fantastic relaxation away from the big city, the perfect place to slow down and recharge with family or friends. Lake Kiebitz has great water quality. In addition, our house is the perfect starting point to explore Leipzig, Dresden, Wittenberg, Tropical Island or the Spreewald.

It has a double bedroom, TV and desk on the upper floor, a small bedroom with single bed and sofa bed for one person and a small bathroom with toilet and sink.
