Situated 10 yards off the famous Burford High Street, it is peacefully quiet and has been refurbished to an immaculate standard, whilst keeping tradition. The cottage was built in the 19 Century as a 2 up and 2 down and we have extended it with an internal bathroom on the ground floor. The rooms on the ground floor have electric underfloor heating and the living room also has a wood burner. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The cottage is only a short walk from the High street and parking is free on the street outside the front door.

Drovers Cottage is a spacious terraced cottage with on street free parking. It has a log burner for cosy winter evenings and a garden well stocked with cottage garden favourites. The kitchen has French doors onto a secluded terrace surrounded by wild strawberries and ferns and steps up to a lawned area with borders and a flower bed. For evenings in, there is a smart TV. There is a good size desk in the kitchen. My home is not suitable for babies, infants or children.
