You will have access to a private shared sitting area on the bank of the Yarra River just down from the apartment. But it is also only a five minute walk to the historic Fairfield Boathouse and various hiking tracks along the Yarra.

Entry via the laneway provides privacy, while on street parking is not time restricted. A 5 minute drive to the Eastern Freeway also opens up day or onward trips from Melbourne. Pool, outdoor patio and washing machine available, but shared with us & our friendly dogs.

It is fully self-contained, renovated and fully furnished with a large private deck and it's own private garden. The studio is fully insulated, has a split system heater/ air conditioner, washing machine, TV, good Internet, dining table and stools, comfortable couch, and a super comfortable high quality queen sized bed. It has a kitchenette and separate bathroom.
