Cabin vacation rentals in Fairbanks

Its a great place to stay. Very private and just 15 min away from Fairbanks. This place is also away from the city lights which makes it a great place for watching northern lights.

Loved our stay in this delightful gem-of-a-find! We even had a baby fox visitor! Great outdoor space to chill and enjoy!

This place is easily our favorite in the Fairbanks area. Cozy cabin with enough space for a small group to feel comfortable. We loved having the nice deck and backyard available to enjoy the birds and sun. The hot tub and washer/dryer are a plus as well.

Amazing stay, out of the world Hospitality and completely felt like a home away from home. One of my favorite stays ever. It was a very spacious cottage with very cozy vibes. Colleen wasn't around but had her friend Stacey to help us with all we need. They're both incredibly helpful (yes even Colleen although she wasn't around). It was a remarkable stay and I thought twice if I wanted to leave a good review and be selfish by gate keeping this gem but honestly.. They deserve every single star available. If there's a reason I ever come back, this place would be one huge one! Oh.. Not to mention, I caught a spectacular Aurora right outside the door on the very night I arrived. This place is a lucky spot!! ❤️❤️

Cute cozy place to stay in for a few nights. Easy access to roads, very quiet and peaceful area! Susan provided excellent hospitality.

Beautiful and cozy cabin. If renting a car make sure it’s an AWD drive vehicle because it can be difficult to get up driveway if it is snowing or lots of ice on floor

Hannah’s cabin was absolutely beautiful! Tucked away in the woods, it offered the perfect mix of privacy and stunning natural surroundings. The cabin had all the amenities listed and was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It was easy to find, and Hannah was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I loved being immersed in nature—such a peaceful getaway. Will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful cabin! The surroundings were beautiful and the ducks were very cute to hear quacking whenever you got to your car. The cabin was very neat and homey, and was so relaxing to be in! 10/10

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Robin’s Nest! We used both beds and the futon up in the loft and all three were comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed and then some when it came to our way around the kitchen and even device chargers we could use. We have stayed in three separate locations on our trip and Robin’s Nest was by far the best stay and best price we came across. If I ever have the opportunity to come to Fairbanks again, I know exactly where I will be staying again!

This was our second stay at Julie’s little cabin. We love the location nestled away from the bustle of town but close enough for a short jaunt into town for bites and brews. The property is quiet and secluded. Super clean, easy to access, and the fire pit is a major bonus for a memorial weekend! Can’t wait to stay next time we are in the Banks!

The place is quaint and adorable - its own little spot of fun! Raven is a spectacular host - delightful and responsive, with genuine care for our experience. She was so helpful and immediate in addressing one unavoidable surprise we encountered, and saved our evening! Exactly the type of customer service that makes one feel valued and special. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Trudy’s! It was very comfortable and we felt right at home. Even though it was cold out, the little Toyo stove kept the temp we set it at. We slept great in the bed and the couches were comfy too. It is a ways out of town which was perfect for us. We had our dogs with us, they also felt at home and the area didn’t have busy traffic so they enjoyed our walks. Trudy was very responsive to all of our communication and had good tips for viewing the northern lights (even though it was cloudy and snowed on us). Being winter the cabin had shifted and the interior doors were tricky to open and close but Trudy was quick to let us know that. We will definitely look her up next time we are in town!

Whenever we travel, we stay at Airbnb‘s. Fabian and Margit’s Boreal Forest cabin is the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! The cabin was super clean; bed was comfortable; shower was nice and the kitchen had every appliance you could want including a rice cooker and a Ninja blender. The location is great since it’s off of Farmers Loop and close to town and all the great restaurants and other amenities that Fairbanks has to offer. Lulu’s bakery and Empanada house were two of our favorite food stops. The cabin is also 10 min to the airport. If you have the chance—Highly recommend taking a round trip plane for the day to Barter Island or Anaktuvuk. We did so with Everts Air’s scheduled service and the views on our half day trip were incredible—well worth the price!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin near Fairbanks—truly exceeded our expectations! The cabin was spotless, cozy, and impressively well-equipped. Built just 3 years ago by the owner, David (a skilled builder), it had everything we needed and more. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, bringing us extra sheets and even fresh eggs from their chickens. They invited us to visit their family farm with goats, chickens, and vegetables—a warm and inspiring environment. They also allowed us a late checkout, which we really appreciated. Outside, there’s a great BBQ and lounge area to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. This is more than just a place to stay—it’s a glimpse into a wonderful way of life. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!

The cabin was perfect for us for our stay in Fairbanks. We came to see the Aurora and the cabin is nicely located between the city of Fairbanks and Mt. Clearly. It was a 45 min drive to Mt Hood and 1 hr 15 min to Chena Hot Springs. It was easy to get to town. We didn't have any trouble finding the cabin in the middle of the night but it's located in a private back street. The cabin is super cozy and is accurate to the photos and description. The kitchen was well stocked with multiple seasonings, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, instant apple cider and dairy products for coffee. There was also instant oatmeal. Since our flight was so late, it was nice to have food to eat in the morning before heading out for groceries. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. There was even a gift bowl, a really lovely touch. There are plenty of blankets and towels. There were games too. The bed is very comfortable. This is a great place for a couple or family with young kids.
