Vacation rentals in Fair Prospect

We reached out to Andrew prior to leaving Kingston. His housekeeper was waiting for us on the verandah, even though it was raining. We liked her instantly. The properly was more than we expected. Spacious, tastefully decorated, very clean with all the amenities required for an enjoyable stay. Our extended family passed by and asked how we found such a place. With a smile we shared the link. Many thanks Andrew and Ms. Pam...we will be back.

We loved Katawud Camping and would gladly return. We were made very welcome by Michelle and Nicholas, and nothing was too much trouble. When the rains came down our tents were dry under a tarpaulin, and the communal area was spacious, with use of the kitchen. Set in an idylic location. There is an occasional bus up and down from Port Antonio for you to buy food, or you can take a taxi. Wifi worked most if the time and was quickly reinstated after acpower cut. A delightful experience.

This is one of the most beautiful experiences I've had in all my years of travelling. I arrived solo and getting here was a bit of a challenge, but AK and Troopa have been super responsive and helpful the whole time. I have been to a few parts of Jamaica before, especially Negril and Montegobay were overwhelming and touristy and then I came here and felt like it was another world. So peaceful and beautiful, the people are so nice. You feel like you really experience the real Jamaica. Troopa has been the BEST host, I truly felt at home at his place and can honestly say I have gained a good friend. He showed me around, cooked some delicious food and even took me to a local party. He gave me the full experience of true Jamaican culture and I could not be more grateful. His place is also beautiful, with amazing views of the sea from the room and terrace and just a 2 minute walk to the beach that I had to myself most of the time. His sister in law also cook amazing food in her restaurant.

Fomos eu, minha esposa e minha filha, uma bebe de 8 meses e a casa foi perfeita para nós! Quarto confortável, banheiro limpo, e cozinha muito bem equipada! A Roseanna respondeu muito rápido quando precisamos e o Wayne também esteve sempre pronto para nos ajudar. A praia atrás da casa também vale a visita! Além disso é bem próximo a outras atrações da região! Em resumo, recomendo esta acomodação! Foi tudo ótimo!

I had the most incredible time staying with Rass at Fairy Hill. He is the kindest, warmest most generous host. Rass's house is the most wonderful and magical place, and the perfect experience to step away from the busy normal rat race nonsense. Rass devoted his time to ensure I had the experience that I wanted and gave me so many options. My highlights? Rass's cooking on the wood fire and preparing our food in his interactive kitchen, listening to the soundtrack of the day which Rass filled with the very best old school dub reggae tunes played on his sound system in the back garden mixed with the jungle chorus at night time, and finally just the sense of calm, relaxation and mind cleansing that took over as soon as I walked through the door. Rass is genuinely one of life's good guys and I am grateful that I got the chance to meet him and experience his amazing home. I will be going back to visit as soon as I can.

**Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Floret. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth, hospitality and spiritual songs. The place was exactly as described, if not better. Immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close enough to explore all the local attractions but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that allowed for a peaceful retreat. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh linens, a fully stocked kitchen, and local recommendations provided by the host. Floret was responsive and went out of her way to ensure my stay was perfect, even providing some great tips on nearby dining spots. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommend.

We had a great 2-day stay at Louisa’s apartment in Portland, Jamaica. The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Louisa was a wonderful host, very welcoming and always quick to respond if I needed anything. One of the best parts was being able to walk to Winnifred Beach, a beautiful and laid-back spot that’s perfect for swimming and enjoying the local vibes. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings. We’ll definitely stay here again

Thank you Kenisha for this new nice stay.I felt I never left Jamaica even if I did 2 years ago.I felt home as soon as I walk in your nice home.Very peaceful and relaxing area and even if you live upstairs very hard to know when you around, but always avalaible if I did need anything. Evrything we need is in the house, and a supermarket to get Jamaican groceries to cook is 5 minutes walk or if we don't want to cook we can go to the Jerk center the other way 5minutes walking too, just before the Beach. Very safe area to walk any time. Good advise also for the local taxi drivers at very wise prices. I will be back soon to Portland and will stay to your nice place.
