Our quiet family hunting lodge is situated on 29 picturesque acres of beautiful, rural, upstate NY farmland. The cabin is uniquely built with high ceilings and is filled with antique farm equipment & taxidermy animals. We have a pond full of fish, nature trails, wildlife, gardens and the sunsets, rises and stars are incomparable. Hot tub, volleyball court, pool table, darts, board games and MORE for you to enjoy. Escape to the Lake!! Bright and cozy, quiet setting, private road. 15' right of way access to Lake Ontario only 300 yards away. The beach is rocky, so bring water shoes. Large grassy lot. Large deck off the kitchen for cookouts with Adirondack chairs and several tables for your portable gas grill. Have a campfire and make S'mores! Dish Network provided and adequate cellular reception. We are far enough off the paved roads that it is very private, the trade-off is, there is no Internet.

You will never believe that we are located less than 10 minutes from Jamesville Reservoir and 15 mins to Downtown Syracuse.

Fair Haven White House

Newly renovated home with a nice bay view, covered back patio, large yard for games and campfires, and shared limited water access for relaxing by the water. We have now decided to stay open year-round. Welcome all who love the activities and beauty of our area during November to March. We are one of the few rentals that are pet-friendly (with a small extra cleaning fee) and also allow a single night stay.
