It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

The apartment is simply fantastic – stylishly furnished and with breathtaking views of Lake Como, which you can't put into words. The private parking directly above the accommodation was also particularly pleasant – very convenient and stress-free. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment. Elisa was always available, incredibly helpful and quickly answered our questions. Her tips for excursions and restaurants were consistently great! A very special tip: the restaurant "Tipi Tipici" in Molina – excellent selection, great quality and a great value for the money. We would come back anytime – absolutely recommended!

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

A nice place to have a nice time. Breathtaking views, a pleasant and large living space. A parking space dedicated to the apartment which on this type of site is not negligible. Finally, it should be noted that Cristina's instructions via YouTube are very relevant and useful at the time of arrival: whether to identify the safe place to access it.

Beautiful cozy cottage right on Lake Como! We loved our stay here. The kitchen was great and the host provided the first morning essentials (eggs, butter, coffee, yogurt, milk) which was a life saver. We really enjoyed the outdoor shower and the incredible Finnish sauna! We swam off the dock in the lake daily and hung out in the yard with so many beautiful ducks and swans! There are a couple good restaurants within walking distance, but do be aware you have to walk on a busy road to get to the closest town which is Lierna (10 minute walk). We did not have a car and it was not a problem with the ferry and the proximity to town. I highly recommend this place and would book it again in a heartbeat.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect: peaceful, quiet, and the kind of breathtaking views that truly stay with you. Mattia was beyond responsive and generous throughout our entire stay. He and Daniela went above and beyond in every way, making us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. The home itself was spotless, beautifully inviting, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It was exactly the peaceful escape we hoped for—if not better—and we’re already dreaming about coming back. Thank you again, Mattia and Daniela, for such an unforgettable experience.
