The facility is starting point for a light trail on the forest path. Short distance to the bus that goes every 20 minutes. The bus stop is located by the local community facility. The accommodation is located by the forest in Årøysund, close to great hiking areas, and a five minute walk to several great swimming areas. Several marinas nearby provide access to idyllic archipelago. Walking distance to playgrounds, ball court, and alpine slope in winter. About 12 km to Tønsberg.

The house is "close to everything" i.e. in the immediate vicinity of the city, the sea and the forest. Only 10 minutes walk from the city center and the pier. The tea forest is the closest neighbor, and Kaldnes Brygge is right on the street. Large terrace around the house, dining area, gas barbeque, and garden furniture for relaxing. In the living room there is big TV and music system. The beds are of good quality with great comfort. The house is well-maintained and manicured. Partially refurbished, something new and something old with a good atmosphere both inside and outside.

House 500 m from the sea on Nøtterøy

Relax with the whole family at Tenvik this summer! Child-friendly and easy going! A quiet and seaside area with good hiking areas both to forest and along the coastal path. You can walk right down to the beach which is 500 meters from the house. Note: The pictures in the advertisement are 2 years old. We have other furniture now. And the bathroom on the 2nd floor is newly renovated. The ferry to the idyllic car-free island of Veierland also departs from here. Bring your bike on the ferry and you can have a fantastic bike ride out on the island.

From the house you have walking distance to several different activities such as cozy Teieskogen and Kaldnes city beach. In the city center you will find a great selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. It is also walking distance to nice hiking areas, saunas located in the Oslo fjord as well as several playgrounds. Basement floor is the past under renovation but there is access to the toilet and laundry room with shower.

Great classic beachfront villa

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun by the sea. Here it is far to the nearest neighbor and the large patio invites to play and fun for you and your family. There is also plenty of space inside so here it is possible for two families to spend time together. Bring your own boat or rent a boat here (with fishing equipment and water skiing). Boat place is nearby. 2 terrain electric bikes can also be rented. Interior interior is of older vintage, but clean, neat and in order. Nostalgic and charming.

The house is located in an attractive residential area. Great view towards Tønsberg, Nesbryggen/Foynland strait as well as the Oslo fjord. Spacious patio of 2 acres plot. Sun from morning to night. Outdoor parking for up to 4 cars. Short way to the bus and grocery store. A great starting point for exploring nice beaches as well as the wonderful archipelago around Nøtterøy and Tjøme. 5 km into Tønsberg city centre. Sports space, golf course, etc. in the immediate vicinity. A good space for summer!

Welcome to this charming and comfortable house, situated in a large sunny garden. There are several big terrasses/zones, all furnished and ready for you, and lots of green grass to play on. The beach is only 10-15 minutes walk away. You may park your car in the garden (but there are unfortunately no possibilities to charge your electric car at the house). From the top of the rocks behind the house, you´ll have a panoramic view over the ocean Oslofjord, Færder fyr, Verdens Ende and the area.

Nydelig utsikt over sundet både ute og inne, gode solforhold og fantastiske solnedganger. (ingen solgaranti selv på solkysten;) Bademuligheter finnes to minutts gange fra huset, og ellers er det flere fine strender i nærheten.
