Lovely light and spacious accommodation of 54 m2 with good location right next to Storebælt, and at the same time close to Kerteminde town (1.5 km to center) The house is from 2009 and recently renovated. It is year-round insulated and beautiful all year round, and regardless of the weather you can sit either inside or out on the covered terrace and enjoy the ocean change nature all the time. In addition to air conditioning/heating, there is a fireplace. Welcome to our beautiful home.

Gammelt idyllisk bindingsværkshus med havudsigt, egen strandgrund, stille uforstyrret have, en hyggelig pavillon samt to brændeovne til de kølige perioder. Medbring sengetøj og håndklæder. Inklusiv rengøring, men grov-rengøring skal foretages. Tæt på skov og gode vandreruter eller mountainbikespor i Svanninge Bakker. God fornøjelse - nyd Dyreborg skov, strand og vand - der findes ikke et bedre sted på Sydfyn. Det er ikke tilladt at holde fester eller andre større arrangementer.

Der er udgang til ny træterrasse på 25 kvm fra stuen med havkig og direkte adgang fra haven til byens legeplads. 3 værelser på 1. sal. Alle med dobbeltseng. Det ene værelse har eget toilet, et andet har en alkove, hvor der kan sove mindre børn. Det tredje værelse har også en barneseng.

Annekset på Langholm - The cabin in the nature

(Intet skjult rengøringsgebyr!) Helt særlig bolig tæt på Egeskov slot I haven til gården Langholm finder man dette anneks. Den lille charmerende bjælkehytte er omgivet af gårdens æblehave, sø med ænder og fisk, adskillige terrasser og en spændende have fyldt med små kroge. En perfekt måde at bo midt i naturen. Langholm er og har været en slægtsgård i over 80år og oser af nostalgi, hygge og gode historier. Gården ligger tæt på indkøbsmuligheder. Vi er til at tale med :)

Summer house with beautiful sea view

Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.
