Rubén was very welcoming and helpful during our two stays at his home in April and May. He is very attentive, very friendly and concerned about our comfort. We felt at home. This spacious home had everything we needed as a family of three. We were also able to use the private parking, even though we have a larger vehicle. Laura and her husband were very helpful and responsive with everything we needed. It was a quiet and secure place to rest.

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups, in addition to being very well located and having everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and received us to check in, and we even arranged a late check-out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

Victoria's place is perfect. In addition to what is already described in the listing, it is worth mentioning that there are universal standard outlet mirrors throughout the house, the heater comes out of the floor - no cold feet - and the kitchen is very well equipped. There was even a bathrobe for us to wear! Loved it, I'll be back for sure

The apartment is excellent and very cozy. It’s warm inside, the heating is provided by air conditioners, and it’s more than enough. There’s a comfortable balcony with a nice view of the city. Everything was great. Amilcar always responds quickly and thoroughly to all questions. I definitely recommend!

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Check-in process was very easy. Tobias was very flexible as our flight got delayed and he made arrangements for a later check in for us. The place was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only downside is some very mild street noise in the main bedroom. We knew this ahead of time as we had read it on some reviews. Overall did not bother us.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, the view from the balcony was incredible (I was even proposed to there, haha), we were able to do everything on foot, many restaurants, bars and parks nearby. The street noise did not enter the apartment, very quiet and pleasant to sleep. Safe place. Comfortable bed.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!
