Former pavilion of the guard, located in Fort Vauban de Mont-Dauphin, registered in 2008 as a UNESCO World Heritage Site at the entrance of the Queyras and Briançonnais valleys. Close to Lac de Serre-Ponçon, ski resorts like Risoul and Vars. The dwelling is composed of two independent units, the listing concerns the top one, the bottom one is not rented. The pavilion was completely renovated in 2020, alone in the middle of a century-old tree plantation.
