Entire house - 7 sleeps

Située à 1700 mètres d’altitude, notre maison de famille est située dans le hameau de la Chalp d’Arvieux, au pied du col de l'Izoard. Elle dispose de 3 chambres et d’un jardin privatif clôturé. En hiver, un relevé du compteur électrique est fait à l’état de lieux d’entrée pour sensibiliser à toute surconsommation intempestive. (Voir contrat) Un contrat de location est établi au moment de la réservation. Quelque soit la saison, une ambiance de forêt et ses paysages seront au rendez-vous !

In a small hamlet of Haute Ubaye...

Welcome to our house ! We will welcome you in an old house in a small hamlet in Haute Ubaye (altitude 1500m). The house has been completely renovated with natural materials. Outside, you will find terrace, garden, table under the trees, hammock to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature. In summer, under the terrace, we have set up a nice little corner for your nap or your aperitif ... Winter or summer? Here, nature's bath is guaranteed whatever the season!

Pavilion of the Guard of the Porte d'Embrun

Former pavilion of the guard, located in Fort Vauban de Mont-Dauphin, registered in 2008 as a UNESCO World Heritage Site at the entrance of the Queyras and Briançonnais valleys. Close to Lac de Serre-Ponçon, ski resorts like Risoul and Vars. The dwelling is composed of two independent units, the listing concerns the top one, the bottom one is not rented. The pavilion was completely renovated in 2020, alone in the middle of a century-old tree plantation.

Cozy mini house with beautiful views

This 40 m2 mini house (34m2 + mezzanine) is located in Eygliers village, perfect for exploring different ski stations within 30min drive: Risoul, Vars, Ceillac, Arvieux, Puy Saint Vincent, Pelvoux, Crevoux, Les Orres... It's also a good base for the ski touring in Queyras and Les Ecrins. It's situated in the quite, upper part of the village, giving you amazing views over the mountains. It has a small patio and and place to park your car.

Le Chalet S

Chalet S is located in a peaceful area. In the garden surrounding the chalet you will find spaces or relax with views of the mountains, the Ecrins massif, lulled by the birdsong. The spacious and inviting interior is tastefully decorated with heathered objects. A large living room with a modern kitchen overlooks the garden. A master suite on the ground floor and three large, neatly decorated bedrooms upstairs are at your disposal.

Au cœur des Hautes-Alpes, proche du centre-ville de Guillestre (400 mètre à pied) avec ses commerces et services, ainsi qu'une vue imprenable sur le massif des Ecrins, c'est dans cet environnement que Solange et Alain, les propriétaires, auront le plaisir de vous accueillir. Hébergement idéal pour profiter des activités de plein air en été comme en hiver. A proximité des stations de ski de Vars, Risoul et aux portes du Queyras.

Detached house with large panoramic terrace with unobstructed view of the mountains, very quiet place on a large plot of land in the countryside and 5 minutes from the city and ski lifts. The house is completely refurbished to modern tastes. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with large walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Sleeps 6. Ideal for a weekend or a quiet holiday in the mountains.

Typical mountain studio

In the north of the Hautes Alpes, our character studio awaits you. On the ground floor of our house, located on the edge of a GR (long-distance hiking trail) and a route of the Camino de Santiago, you benefit from a completely independent entrance and a private shaded garden area, in summer. This studio was converted from an old vaulted barn which gives it a very atypical charm. Parking space reserved for our guests

Lakefront cottage

Our chalet has been fully renovated and offers exceptional views of Lake Serre-Ponçon and Mont Guillaume. A true haven of peace with a magnificent wooden terrace overlooking a private garden of 250 m2, not overlooked. Small corner of paradise ideally located in a residential area but 2 steps from the amenities of Savines-le-Lac. Private lake access is a few meters from the accommodation.
