We had a lovely few days at Lesley's place it was in a great spot for walking was very clean and had everything we needed . Lesley's communication was great and was very helpful if we needed it . The parking is a bonus the hill is very steep but worth it for the beautiful views you get at the top . Thanks so much for a fabulous stay .

This is a wonderful cottage. The kitchen is brand new and lovely with a wonderful large cooker. Kitchen is well laid out and has good appliances and equipment. The cottage is newly renovated with modern very tasteful bathrooms. Parking is very close by - about 10 yards away at the start of Bank Street by the church. We hope to come again and would recommend it.

it's not just the fact that this cottage is exceptional it's the fact that Emma is an exceptional host. we have rented several cottages in the peak district for the past 20 years. this time we chose Emma's place as it was bigger and we were coming as an extended family The cottage itself is spacious.well equipped.well located and well presented and clean plenty of walks and places to visit all within easy access.fantastic fish and chips shop opposite (very quirky) Indian restaurant 2 minutes walk.and an Italian 5 minutes walk.we tried them all. although there is no garden at the cottage there is an amazing little area just directly across the road with a little brook and waterfall we sat there in the evenings. if you are looking for a family getaway Emma's place is highly recommend we have even thought about renting it again for just the two of us because of the quality of the cottage and the location. thanks again Emma for having us and thank you again for your kindness.
A panoramic view showcases rolling hills adorned with autumn colors, including shades of orange and gold. Settled valleys display a mix of lush greenery and rustic homes, while a clear sky provides a bright backdrop. The landscape reflects the natural beauty characteristic of the Peak District.

Pine Door

Lovely cottage, fresh, clean, although the fridge is too small, tiny. Village and surroundings has lots to offer, loads of walks very friendly tasty places to eat, as well as its history. Plenty of games supplied, we had a wonderful stay. Ps TV doesn’t have an aerial so bring passwords to use ITV Channel 4/5 as well as Netflix etc

Maywalk House B&B -Historic Plague Village of Eyam

JaneRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Maywalk House provided everything we needed and more for our walking break in the Peak District, including a comfy bed, luxurious bathroom and a hearty breakfast cooked by Felicity to kick start each day. It's only 10 minutes' walk from the Miners Arms in Eyam village, which serves good evening meals. Felicity is a great host, friendly and welcoming but at the same time unobtrusive. We'd thoroughly recommend Maywalk House Airbnb.

Peak District Home from Home!

TanyaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Would highly recommend a stay in India’s beautiful home. Spacious, comfortable and homely. The beds were so comfortable - my youngest son loved the Harry Potter-style bed under the stairs!- and it was really well located for some amazing walks, which was what we came for. India left some recommendations, one of which was a visit to Froggats Edge, and this was spectacular so I would absolutely recommend a visit there. India was also extremely communicative before our trip with information, and during our stay offered to bring us a bbq from her home as the previous guests had broken the one at the air bnb meaning we couldn’t use it. India offered this without us even asking.

Sunrise flat #23

TonyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Lovely property- just what we needed and a great shower! Parking was ok - not sure if climbers were also using the parking or if they were residents who climbed, but we were relieved to find a space. Also the pizza place is restaurant only on Friday and Saturday.. so as we brought our dog, we were glad to have brought supplies ;) Definitely would recommend.. thank you
