St Vincent's - sea views, off road & dog friendly

My place is a bungalow, sleeps 7, located 2 mins walk from seafront, sandy beach & historic Cobb harbour, with amazing views of the sea and Golden Cap headland. It was renovated in 2019 and is comfortably appointed. It has a sunny, sheltered south facing garden with paved patio and sea views. You will love my place because of the location, outdoors space and sea views. There is off road, private parking for two cars. My place is good for families and we are dog friendly, for up to 2 dogs.

The open plan living area features two large leather sofas, a minimalist coffee table, and a cozy rug. A flat-screen TV is situated on a sleek console, while a potted plant adds a touch of greenery. Soft lighting creates a welcoming ambiance.

It’s a lovely 2 bed house, very well equipped & completed to a high standard. It has contemporary open plan living & 2 bedrooms. 1 bedroom is king size. The other is open plan onto the landing with 2 singles, ideal for children & teenagers. Short breaks of 2 nights available but 7 nights required 19.7 - 30.8.25. Any questions, please just ask me. A Little Gem | Cosy 2 bed house close to the beach

This cosy 2 bed house is in a fantastic location very close to the beach, local cafés, eateries, Seaton Tramway, town centre, Seaton Wetlands and Axmouth Harbour. Walk to the amazing mile long beach in less than a minute! The house is stylish, clean and comfortable and is perfect for couples, small families, walkers and business travellers. A large Tesco is conveniently located nearby. There is no private parking at the house but there is plenty of available parking close by.
