The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Enjoy the lovely beach 200 meters away on the river Lek or the (free) beach "De Meent" in Beusichem (7 min drive). The 27-hole golf course De Batouwe is located in the middle of the Betuwe, an 8-minute drive away. Tour the dike enjoying the beautiful views over the Lek (by bike, motorcycle or car). In addition, there are many nice restaurants nearby!

The pony can go for a walk, and on request, a ride can be made on the big horse. In the group room, there is a bedroom (2 people), sleeping loft (2), six single beds. In the super cozy gypsy wagon (2 people), your pet is allowed, can be booked on request.

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!

Rural location, peace, space and alpacas

In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.

Buren, a historic town, is within cycling distance. No pets and/or children. In addition, the person making the booking must be one of the guests (due to Airbnb policy). A maximum of 2 people are welcome and can sleep separately on the sofa bed in the living room if necessary.
