During this summer, the tranquility of the neighborhood may be disturbed during the day from Monday to Friday, due to the renovations of cottages.

In the living room and bedroom there are 2 foldaway beds, a sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, a bookshelf with TV and the cupboard. The 28 m2 apartment is located on the ground floor of our chalet in a quiet and preserved location. It is 3 km from the center of Morzine and close to the Prodains Express. In winter, it is possible to leave the chalet on skis to reach the bus stop towards Morzine or Avoriaz via free shuttles (stop close to the chalet). You can ski back from Avoriaz. Hiking trails from the chalet are accessible. Ideal for 2–3 people.
