Welcome to the oasis of calm! The beautiful newly renovated 2-room apartment near Braunschweig is located on the outskirts of Hötzum and invites you to switch off and relax. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and stove, the apartment has a rain shower and a washing machine. The terrace in the countryside also invites you to linger. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.
