In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. Nearby Bakery in the village Supermarkets - Neighboring towns of Großheide and Hage (about 3-4 km) Swimming pool - in Berum (about 3 km) Riding club/stable - in the village North Sea (beach) - Nessmersiel (8 km) Ferry to Baltrum - Neßmersiel (also) Lütetsburg Castle - Hage (7 km) City of Norden - 14 km Norderney and Juist - from Norddeich (about 16 km) The connection to public transport is not very convenient, which is why traveling by car is recommended. You'll love the place because of the surroundings, which are balm for every soul. The garden invites you to play + linger, is secluded, fenced + "escape-proof" for 2/4-legged adventurers. The house itself is completely renovated, has new bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible and a lot of space. The kitchen-living room offers everyone space for cozy interaction. My place is good for couples, families + kids/babies, groups, multiple generations and furry friends (pets).

A vacation for the soul on an East Frisian farm

We live on a farm in a quiet secluded location in the middle of East Frisia with our cattle, horses, chickens, dogs and cats. Shopping and restaurants are 2 km away. And plenty of bike paths to worthwhile destinations - swimming lakes, open-air museums, climbing park.... We'll be happy to give you tips. For our guests there are two bedrooms to choose from - a single bed and a queen size bed. We are non-smokers and ask our guests to refrain from smoking inside the house.

The living room is equipped with a TV. Private terrace and small, fenced garden offer space for grilling and relaxation. Shopping facilities are in the next village (5 minutes by car). The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. We had a wonderful, cozy and quiet time in the chalet, where we could watch the deer and rabbits and slow down a lot. Everything in the chalet is well thought out and has its purpose. The contact with Marcus was very nice and open. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Nice apartment, nice contact, unsolicited brief instruction to the key box, was very pleasant. The apartment did not get warm the first two days with the heating fully turned on, the next two days we finally turned the heating below level 1 because it was getting much too warm. Without warm indoor clothing, that was stupid for the first two days, but we didn't want to bother again, so our problem. :) In the case of another reported problem, assistance was provided without complications. The vacation was nice to get out to the country.

"Siebenschläfer" - Modern apartment with roof terrace

I was in Aurich for work and my focus was to be able to leave my dog alone during the day. This worked out very well and thanks to the roof terrace, my dog was also able to go outside while I was away. On the day of departure, I had to use the apartment a little longer due to work or my dog ;-) which was also no problem. The communication with Kim was very good and I very satisfied with the apartment and would rent it again at any time, even if I would be privately in Aurich.

Achim's house in East Frisia is perfect for a family vacation or group of friends! The many rooms and the size of the living and dining area (open kitchen) offer retreats as well as space for communal activities; the well-kept and large garden is very inviting to play. The barbecue area behind the pond (is fenced, smaller children and dogs are protected) is covered, so even in bad weather you have the opportunity to sit outside. The kitchen is super equipped - like everything in this house, functional and thoughtful! We were there in April and more in the House as planned - the underfloor heating and the conservatory (great views) have beautified our stay there. The location is great: tours to the Great - and Eternal Sea by bike are possible; by car you can quickly get to Emden, Aurich or Greetsiel. In the village, there is also a lot to discover (e.g. museum, tea puffs). - Thank you, Achim!

We had such a lovely time at the stay, and so thoroughly happy with it all. Well worth the money and can’t recommend it enough! Everything was beyond clean, beautiful inside and out, so many unique furnitures and decorations we loved a lot, beyond organised and thought of! A perfect combination of everything you need, wrapped all in such a beautiful way! Every room was very comfortable and all so picture-beautiful!
