This newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment features an open concept layout with a full kitchen and large living space. Most of the furnishings are sourced from Restoration Hardware and you are sure to feel at home with the greenery and thoughtful decor throughout. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom also has a king sized bed. Both have large closets with plenty of storage space. The bathroom has a beautiful custom, walk-in shower. Only 2 blocks from the water!

We had a great stay! Morgan was very kind and communicative, and the location was fantastic—close to everything we wanted to see. The space was clean, stylish, and had a cozy charm. The room is quite small, so it’s ideal for a shorter stay or for travelers who pack light. We stayed for two nights, which felt just right. Overall, a lovely and well-located spot.

This was a great spot. Very private and well stocked - super thankful he had salt and pepper plus even more spices to cook with! I stayed alone but would be great for a couple to share. backyard hangout area was peaceful and private which I appreciated. Walkable to the Palm Bay Convention Center (half a mile, 10 minute walk) and a beautiful, very safe feeling neighborhood. I walked home Friday night at like 10p and felt 100% safe.
