Everything was great except location. If you don’t mind that, it’s perfect.

Stella’s home was clean, the home was as pictured. The host was very responsive we needed extra towels and the jetted tub did not work and they came the next day to repair. The home is in a quiet neighborhood close to all restaurants and stores. I would recommend staying if you are in the area. The only issue I have is the outside could use some landscaping.

House was great. Very convenient to the Masters. Tons of room. Clean. Very well stocked kitchen and the outdoor area is AWESOME! Master is huge and the secondary bedrooms are good sized. Gym is great for a quick workout with dumbbells up to 90#. Owner was great and very responsive. Only issue I would "ding" this place on was that there were no shampoo or bath soap in the master bathroom so you had to get your own and the fish tanks were noisy until we unplugged them (with the owners permission!). Those are super minor in the grand scheme of things. I would still give this place 5 stars. I would definitely rent again.

The home was exactly what was described. It was spacious, comforting and clean. The home and river was a very relaxing environment. We had an absolute wonderful stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We will be scheduling future stays!

We very much enjoyed our stay. We decided to have a private family wedding for our daughter, and it was perfect! The lake was beautiful, the home was welcoming and comfortable. The windows and natural light coming in the home was lovely. Exactly what we needed. My daughter was so happy with everything and said it was perfect. Even though we did not use it, the fireplace looked very nice. The deck was a wonderful place for everyone to gather and cut the wedding cake. We liked having scripture throughout the home and just the overall wholesome atmosphere. A very peaceful stay.

Our group had a wonderful stay at their home in Aiken, a perfect location to head over the Masters Tournament. Very comfortable home with large bedrooms, living rooms and backyard to relax in the evening. They were nice enough to decorate for Easter which was a nice touch.

Carlos' place was very peaceful and very easy to locate. When I needed to change the time for check in, he was very accommodating, which was very helpful for me! Great place to stay and very clean!

Very nice stay! Excellent house for a group to be close to downtown Augusta, golf course, and accessible to many restaurants and attractions/shopping. All our needs were met, plus it had many extra homely features to accommodate a variety of groups/families.

Cozy Point is hands down the best air bnb I’ve ever rented! So incredibly comfortable and peaceful and convenient to all the fun places Aiken has to offer! We will be back and stay longer next time! Sarah was a great and responsive host - everything has been thought of and the house is just perfect without being fussy. It was a great stay.

We have stayed at Ryan's place several times. He's always an exceptional host! We will be back next time we're in the area! 😊

Linda accommodated our family for the weekend very well! It's always good to come home to Aiken. It was good to come back to the house after a long day and be able to relax comfortably. We look forward to coming back to Aiken soon.

Kelly’s Airbnb home was a fantastic peaceful oasis. Comfortable, clean and lovely!! A short drive to the show and Hitchcock woods. We loved staying there!!

We had wonderful weekends stay at the barn apartment. Andrea and Cecilia are great and very hospitable hosts. The surrounding grounds are a lovely place to relax and forget about daily life and the on-site restaurant was an unexpected bonus. The trail riding was a great experience, and I would highly recommend.

We needed a last minute rental and Sylvia was willing to help however necessary. She responded quickly and clearly. Easy to find and access. Several routes to get to Masters so dont just follow GPS. Other routes had no traffic. Grocery store and great food very nearby away from the crowds. Large house would be great for a group or a large family. The pool and patio were a nice quiet spot to hang out after a long day b

Location was super convenient for attending the Masters! 10-15 minute drive, it enhanced our experience. David also had 3 chairs for us to use at the Masters. We would be repeat customers.

If you read the other reviews, you will see this is the place to visit. I agree with everyone’s comments. Andrea and Cecilia are such amazing hosts and offer their guests a vacation memory the family will never forget. They bring charm and attention to every detail. I surprised my family with this reservation and it was priceless to see their reaction. A big bonus with how much they love animals since we travel with our 15yr old Papillon. The cottage was perfect for our family and little dog. For dinner, you need to make a reservation at their restaurant. It will be one of the best you’ll ever have!! If you want to make your own breakfast, they have all the gadgets you need. Since we were heading out Sunday am, we went to Junipers for brunch. We recommend it -delicious grits. Andrea & Cecilia’s hospitality, attention to detail and high quality in everything they do is incredible. You can tell they take pride & joy in offering an unforgettable experience for their guests. Take a walk on the grounds, relax in the pool or sit on the rocking chair- this will be your happy place. We can’t wait to get back!!!
