This cottage style home was built in 1880 and is one of the oldest houses in Eureka Springs. It is nestled near a creek that runs year round and provides a beautiful setting and soothing sound. The Station House is across from the ESNA train station and snuggled up under the wings of the iconistic Roundhouse. The rental is the bottom apartment in a duplex. The living room has a great view of the train station. We are next to a trolley stop and a short distance from downtown shops, entertainment, hiking paths and restaurants. For about the price of a hotel room, you have a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, full kitchen, porches and a washer and dryer.
