The house is immaculate and the backyard is fantastic. I had family in town for a memorial service. Since I didn't have enough room in my own house for everyone, I rented Steve and Angie's. It was the perfect setup for us, and being able to unwind in the wonderful backyard after the service made a difficult day a whole lot easier. Steve and Angie were very easy to work with. I highly recommend!

Place was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Rooms are a little tight with no dresser storage but was fine for a 3 night stay. We really enjoyed the common space areas and would highly recommend this house and this host.

Great place for families in Peoria Heights! Plenty of bedrooms and the kids playroom (complete with kid toys and books) was a huge hit with our toddlers. There’s nothing breakable lying around the house either, so we didn’t have to worry about kids breaking things. Great stay overall.

This was second time staying at this Air BnB. We chose to stay here again because it was a great experience the first time. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house is clean and comfortable. The area is easily accessible to shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this Air BnB. The price is affordable and we will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed with a friend and our two miniature schnauzers for a long weekend. The house worked great for the five of us. Our pups enjoyed the fenced in yard and we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, and cozy living room. The sun room was also a favorite. The kitchen was well equipped for simple cooking. We strongly recommend The Confectionery for their pies.

We had a wonderful stay at Brianna’s Airbnb. It was a great place to escape the craziness of a wedding weekend. We stayed with my in-laws and our new baby and felt like we all had our own space with two primary suites. The amenities were perfect and there was a lot of thought put into what was in the home. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our week stay in Lacon, IL. It is a quaint small town on the IL River. The house has 2 stories with 3 generous sized bedrooms (no TV’s) on the 2nd floor and 1 bath (bath tub/shower combo). There is plenty of closet space with shelves and hanging area (no dressers). The beds, pillows and linens are super comfy!!! There is a first floor bath with a smaller walk-in shower, as well as a wash and dryer in a large separate room which could serve as a bedroom if there was an airbed or sofa bed. The kitchen had all the amenities like a Keurig duo coffee maker, microwave deluxe gas stove, french door refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, dishes and pots and pan. There was also an outdoor gas grill which we did not use. The back of the house features a large wood deck that is older and has a rectangular table with 6 chairs. The basement was locked and not accessible. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles if needed. The leather furniture was clean with surface scratches. Large TV with wifi.

Absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. Well-maintained, relaxing, soothing, and just all around beautiful. Hope to visit again.

This was our favorite Airbnb! Luxurious , resort like place! The home was absolutely stunning with everything you might need and lots of thoughtful extras! We went for a long weekend getaway and loved it! Excellent and attentive host as well! Thank you for an amazing experience!

We were in town for our daughter’s performance at ISU. The location was close to the university and the home was clean and comfortable. We are already booked for another trip this fall!

This Daisy Lane property was a dream location for a “destination staycation” — The property immediately felt like “home” and was extremely clean & well stocked with great amenities throughout!! 😍🤩 The pool glistened & hot tub was wonderfully steamy & super relaxing!! **We stayed the first week in June & paid to have the pool heated. We would recommend heating the pool to anyone staying in the Midwest before July/August (when regular seasonal temps would naturally heat the water to a more comfortable temperature).** The game table was also a very fun & unique feature — it provided great indoor entertainment when the weather outside wasn’t cooperating. 😁 Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions & were very friendly & eager to make sure we had an enjoyable stay!! 🥰 We will definitely recommend this Beyond The Path listing to friends & family & will be keeping it on our short list of places to return to in the future!! Our family loved the country air and great fishing! We had some rain during our visit and got to enjoy the large covered deck until it passed. We hope to return again soon!

The Allison Townhouse is SO unique - it's like stepping back in time! It's much larger than the photos depict, yet homey and very comfortable. The beds and linens are top notch, the AC runs ice cold, and there's plenty of hot water. We really appreciated that the owner provides basic laundry, kitchen and cleaning supplies! Yes you can hear the train, but you get used to it very quickly. The downtown area is quaint and walkable (we recommend Guzzardo's and Spirited Republic!). We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return!
