Villa vacation rentals in Euboea

Kyriakos is an amazing host! He came as we we were getting settled and introduced himself to every single member of our group of 10. This 6 bedroom home is beautiful and very spacious with breathtaking views, a swimming pool, and an open floor plan on the lower level with a gorgeous kitchen. Bonus, there is an elevator and we had 3 people in our group over 70 who truly enjoyed using it to get to the 3rd level where the bedrooms are (honestly everyone's used it). Kyriakos assisted me with a transportation company that could accommodate our group size (two vans) & were always on time & very professional. He had food menus and suggestions available for our use and there is a grocery store that is about a 15 min walk or a 5 mins drive. Its about 30-35 mins outside Athens city center & you'll peace & privacy on these beautiful, well maintained grounds. This was our favorite property of the 3 we had during our 2 week stay in Greece. Η διαμονή μας στο υπέροχο κατάλυμα της Κας Κατερίνας θα μας μείνει αξέχαστη! Όμορφος καθαρός κ περιποιημένος χώρος! Μας περιποιήθηκε με πολλά καλούδια από τον τόπο και μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν το σπίτι μας! Ολα ήταν υπέροχα μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια! Ακόμα και ο εξωτερικός χώρος ήταν πολύ προσεγμένος! Όμορφος κήπος ωραία πισίνα και μαγευτική απέραντη θέα! Για όσους θέλουν να ηρεμήσουν ενώ ταυτόχρονα επιθυμούν να πάνε και σε μαγαζιά κ να δουν το κέντρο! Ιδανικό μέρος κ για χειμώνα αλλά και για το καλοκαίρι! Άνετοι καθαροί περιποιημένοι χώροι με πολύ γούστο κ μεράκι! Σίγουρα στο κατάλυμα της κας Κατερίνας θα ξαναπάμε ! Αξίζει να πάτε για αρκετές μέρες για χαλάρωση αλλά και για διασκέδαση! Κα Κατερίνα σας ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ για τις οδηγίες που μας στείλατε πριν την αφίξη, την υπέροχη φιλοξενία και την ειλικρίνεια σας ! Το σπίτι είχε τα πάντα και ακόμα παραπάνω! Ολα καθαρά νοικοκυρεμένα και όμορφα! Ελπίζω να τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα! Έχετε ένα μικρό παράδεισο μέρος της φύσης!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und liebevolle Betreuung während des Aufenthalts durch Dina. Das Haus ist wunderschön, modern ausgestattet aber sehr heimelig und gemütlich. Grosszügiges Wohnzimmer mit herrlicher Aussicht. Sehr grosses Schlafzimmer ebenfalls mit umwerfender Aussicht. Ein Badezimmer ist direkt im Schlafzimmer. Ungewohnt aber irgendwie auch cool und avantgardistisch. Dadurch muss man aber stets gut lüften wegen der Feuchtigkeit. Betten sehr bequem. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und unverdorben ohne Massentourismus. Die Natur ist ursprünglich und zauberhaft. Wunderschöne, versteckte Strände locken sowie Wanderungen hoch zu den Bergen durch dichte Wälder. Ich empfehle diese Villa von Stefania vorbehaltlos.

The accommodation was lovely, beautiful views and exactly as described. Rania was an excellent host and was always happy to answer our questions and help us on occasion. We had a great time staying in Penelope villa. Would definitely return.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa a pochi minuti dalla cittadina , la posizione è stupenda con panorami mozzafiato sulla baia . il luogo gode di una pace assoluta e la privacy è perfetta . Stelios è un host molto professionale e attento e risponde immediatamente a ogni richiesta . Da non trascurare il fatto che abbiamo trovato il frigorifero rifornitissimo oltre a dolcetti , molto apprezzati sopratutto se arrivi la prima sera molto tardi . Molto consigliato

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this villa was something special. The architecture is stunning—modern yet warm, with every detail carefully considered. Expansive glass doors blur the line between indoors and out.The centerpiece, though, is undeniably the infinity pool. It offers an uninterrupted view of the ocean. Amazing sunset. Nice outdoor furniture. The interior design complements the setting perfectly: minimalist yet luxurious and an earthy palette. The bedrooms have own bathrooms and most of them also doors to the garden. Ideal for anyone seeking peace, beauty, and a bit of architectural inspiration. Location-wise, it's equally exceptional. A short walk brings you to a beautiful beach (5 min). In the other direction you find lively fishing village, home to about 20 traditional tavernas. Great thanks also to Sonia (taking care of the house) for all good recommendations and for helping us with rening motorbikes.

We can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s beautifully decorated, very spacious, has everything you need for a nice, relaxing stay, including a darling neighbor cat that loves attention, which helped me miss my cat a little less. Ersi was great, very flexible in granting us an early check in, and she was there to greet us when we arrived, which was so nice having her show us where everything was. Close access to an almost private, beautiful beach, and great restaurants within easy walking distance. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Saronida, and we would love to come back and stay here again!

Where do I start? What an excellent host to begin with. Konstantinos was fantastic in helping with me some extra requests I had for some items for my son. He was quick at communicating and he went above and beyond. The best host I have ever met. The villa is absolutely stunning with incredible sea views. Everything is immaculate inside & the garden is just beautiful. The villa is extremely equipped, very comfortable and felt so peaceful and relaxing. The area is fantastic for exploring the beaches, a true traditional Greek vibe without all the hustle and bustle of the city centre. I’ve been visiting for years and this area only gets better and better. A true gem that you don’t really want others to find out about. We had such an amazing time that we will be back time and time again I am sure. We are so lucky to have found this villa & could not recommend it enough. Thank you for everything Konstantinos. 10/10!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in einem wunderbaren Haus. Es ist sehr privat gelegen ein weiteres Haus befindet sich darüber im Hang– dieses war aber zu unserem Reisezeitpunkt nicht belegt. Wir sind mit sechs Personen gereist und hatten insgesamt vier Doppelzimmer und drei Badezimmer zur Verfügung. Eines davon liegt im Erdgeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss ist die Raumaufteilung extrem großzügig mit einer sehr gut ausgestattete und funktionalen Küche. Das Haus hat eine herrliche Terrasse, einen wunderbaren Garten und einen herrlichen Swimmingpool. Der war angenehmen frisch, aber nicht zu kalt. Alles macht einen sehr gepflegten und Blitz sauberen Eindruck. Mit der Vermieterin waren wir im ständigen Kontakt und sie hat immer binnen von Minuten auf jegliche Fragestellung sehr hilfreich reagiert. In der Nähe gibt es herrliche Strände und auf der Insel auch gute Restaurants zu entdecken. Auch hier waren die Tipps wirklich wertvoll. Einen Leihwagen benötigt man idealerweise. Kurzum wirklich top!

This place was hands down the best we, or anyone in our group, have ever stayed at. It's absolutely beautiful, modern, and offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space, including a fantastic outdoor kitchen that's perfect for groups. We loved absolutely everything about this place - the breathtaking views, the comfortable accommodations, and the charming nearby town of Epivadros. We used this location as our starting point to explore various nearby places, and there's even a beach just a short drive from the villa. Chrysthania was incredibly generous with the amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, and she even surprised us with cold drinks. She went above and beyond and arranged us with a delicious dinner in the villa on our first night as we got to the villa around midnight after a long day. With plenty of room to accommodate all 14 of us in comfort and luxury, we can't recommend this place enough

Wunderschönes Haus, sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet mit herrlicher Aussicht und ausgestattet mit modernsten elektronischen Geräten. Toller Pool, perfekte Terrasse und großartiges Beleuchtungskonzept. Die Kommunikation mit George, check-inn und check-out liefen angenehm und unkompliziert. George hatte uns zur Ankunft netterweise einige Lebensmittel eingekauft. Wir haben uns besonders wohlgefühlt und wären sehr gerne länger geblieben.

The property was far better than what we anticipated. The rooms were beautifully decorated and pristine with a great ambience. The property contained everything that we could have possibly wanted for our stay. We were comfortable and definitely felt right at home. Welcome treats were provided which was a wonderful gesture and the man who met us and showed us around was very friendly and helpful. We also met the cleaner half way through our stay and she was also very lovely and informative in terms of recommendations etc. Katerina was there for us from start to finish, informing us about things like the operation of equipment in the house or ferry services. All in all we had a wonderful stay, we wish it could have been longer. We would definitely return again.

Really great villa for 10 people Had lots of amenities

Great hosts and great place! Private, quiet with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. There were minor details that could be improved in order to reach excellency. i.e. We couldn't find a wine opener, there was no kitchen cloth to clean the kitchen benches and one set of towels was clean but still very wet. The hosts were very kind, friendly and helpful and gave clean instructions for everything! Overall it was a great experience and would definetly recommend it for families or groups of friends.

Die Kommunikation mit Aggelos und dem Team war top. Sehr freundlich und schnell im antworten. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft, von der schönen Aussicht bis hin zur Ausstattung und dem Pool. Haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Melandrina daher sehr genoßen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The Villa is in a quiet area, north-east of Athens and on the coast. Athens is only miles away and we visited twice to see the important sights and to enjoy the atmosphere. The villa is fantastic, set on a bank above the sea and had all the amenities that we needed, including a well equipped kitchen. The TV and sound system worked well. We were greeted on the day by Maria and she gave helpful instructions on the villa and activities locally. If we had any questions she answered very quickly. A highly recommended villa, sleeping six. Downstairs was self contained with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room. Ideal for getting away from the noisier guests. The good sized Lidl was 20 minutes drive away, as were pharmacies and the usual important shops and services.

Huset var fantastiskt och hade allt man kan tänka sig. Stor och fräsch pool, oändliga lounge-ytor och vackra platser att äta middagar på. Den stora grillen var också ovärderlig för oss! Huset och området kändes lite off (i alla fall på lågsäsong), så man är tvungen att åka bil för att handla etc. Det var dock inga problem eftersom det var enkelt att få tag på taxi.

I have no words to describe how beautiful of a stay we had at Blue Haven Villa! There’s not many places we rent and I feel like I would love it to be my home. It’s set in a private olive grove with tons of room to feel like it’s your own little heaven. The garden and pool patio were perfect for moments of relaxation and stargazing while the interior provided the comfort that makes you never want to leave. Elisabeta, Ana and their family have been the best hosts we have ever had; they felt like long distance relatives welcoming you into their home and sharing the best tips of how to explore the beautiful island of Skopelos. You’ll be welcomed with thoughtful gifts and if lucky- bid farewell with even more. I hope my husband, puppy and I get to visit Skopelos and stay at their villa another time!

Best airbnb I have ever booked. If you are looking for a peaceful place close to the beach to spend with family and friends then this is the place for you. Yannis was a perfect host very friendly he directed us and recommended the best places to eat. The house was clean and the swimming pool was huge and very clean. I Will definitely visit again☺️

Abbiamo soggiornato in famiglia nella casa di George. Si è dimostrato sin da subito molto cordiale ed ospitale. Ci ha persino fatto assaggiare una squisita pie al formaggio fatta in casa. La casa rispecchia esattamente quanto descritto sul sito. È molto confortevole per 6 persone ed offre un giardino dove ho potuto addirittura cogliere ottimi fichi e limoni. L’unico piccolo neo è che la casa è attaccata alla strada che collega il porto alla parte occidentale dell’isola e quindi pur essendo totalmente immersa nel verde risente del rumore delle macchine e dei motorini. Però questo non disturba assolutamente il riposo notturno in quanto le doppie finestre sono molto ben isolanti. Nel complesso siamo molto contenti del nostro soggiorno nella casa di George.

We had the most amazing stay at the villa, it was beautiful, private, clean, and just the perfect place for a getaway. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and more… including BIDETS! Aegli went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. Thank you so much, Aegli. Would give this place 10/5 stars if we could. We will definitely be back!!

Jak tak pięknie jest w zimie, to co dopiero w lecie :-) Antonios zawsze dostępny, znajduje rozwiązanie na wszystko! Dom, ogród, zaplecze - pierwsza klasa. Koty - kto lubi, a chyba wszyscy lubimy :-) - dodają dużo atmosfery. Widok z salonu, tarasu i górnego tarasu - bajeczne. Miejsce świetne, morze 100m, knajpki 100-300m i na śniadania, lunche i kolacje. Sklepy też na piechotę, zarówno małe jak i dwa markety. Na lotnisko 20min, do Aten (pod Akropol) 60min. Cieszymy się, że wybraliśmy dom Anotoniosa.
