Excellent stay in this very nice apartment. We enjoyed the quality (and cleanliness!) of the premises and the magnificent views of the Parthenon. Communication with Maria was very fluid and clear. In short, we highly recommend this place for visiting Athens!

Just as shown in the photos. The space is well appointed, the views over Plaka and the Acropolis are 2nd to none, and the location places you right in the heart of great restaurants, shops, and nightlife!

Great accommodation, centrally located on the main street of Amarynthos. Ideal for excursions to the region. Restaurants and cafes right next door. Host very friendly. Recommended

I cannot say enough how much I enjoyed staying at Maria’s condo - the view was simply magnificent. The weather was not terrible but also a little on the rainy side - we still enjoyed the peace and quiet of the surroundings. Maria recommended some restaurants in the nearby village, and they were all excellent. Last, one of our party fell ill for a short period- nothing terribly serious - and Maria’s mother - also Maria - actually brought her tea and rice to help mend - it was such kindness! Five stars across the board!

A very quiet village just outside of Karystos, with beautiful scenery to the mountains. The hosts are so warm and welcoming- we fell in love with them!

What an amazing apartment. Fantastic location with stunning views, yet very private - no one else was in the complex while we were there. Lots of facilities; the big barbecue and pool were our absolute favourite. 😉 Panos was a great host - very quick to respond and shares tips for places to see and restaurants. Just make sure to bring enough mosquito repellent, if you don’t want to end up as insect dinner.

Haroula was an amazing host, met us at the port and walked us up to the apartment. Extremely friendly and taught us some local phrases. The apartment was just like the photos, very clean and the views were amazing. 10/10 would stay again!

We had a great experience at Maria’s place. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was AMAZING. Great communication on the front end and extremely accommodating on the back end including us to check out a little later than the normal check out time. This was greatly appreciated! We were welcomed with a friendly smile and offer to help us with our luggage. The description was accurate regarding the stairs. There are many many stairs and if it was kind of Maria to offer to take our bags up. The home was so beautiful with a spectacular view. We appreciated the welcome basket of goodies. I recommend to definitely get a car. There’s an affordable place very close by. There are only two restaurants near by and you have to walk a mile up and down steep hills to get there. The car makes it easier and you can drive to Porto Rafti. Second, get a translator app for your phone-instructions for appliances are in Greek (washer and dryer). Lastly, the ac in the room worked great.

Lovely spacious apartment with a great view

We needed a spot for our last night in Athens before an early 6am flight. I picked Michaela’s place because she was so responsive and was available to pick us up and drive us back to the airport super early for a very reasonable price. The studio was spacious, cozy and clean. Michaela is so accommodating and made us a feel right at home even on short notice! She even gave us lovely dinner recommendations to a great restaurant on the water that picks you up from the airbnb and drops you back off for free. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment. Very clean. Small gifts in the fridge upon arrival Thank you so much . Apartment located between the main road and the sea, ground floor. Comfortable apartment and beautiful sea views Nevertheless, we regretted the reception by SMS, and a small lack of equipment to our liking. No microwave, real table on the terrace for dining and deckchair for sunbathing. In addition, going down to the beach by the stairs was not possible for me It's not up to standard. The last step measures more than 40 cm and there is no ramp. I had reported my knee problems... Without these small shortcomings, the apartment would deserve a 15/10 VERY GOOD

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous view! The stay was only for a day but it was quite a nice to find such a great place. It is walkable to the beach and to town. We enjoyed our stay.

Incredible place to stay! The home has so much space and is filled with luxury items and accents to utilize and enjoy during your stay. But the real show stopper is the view from the balcony — a clear view of the acropolis! Me and my family stayed here for one night before we flew out early and are sad we didn’t know about it when we stayed for a week last week. It’s so walkable, so spacious, and has all the amenities you could ever want and need. the only two things that kept my review from being all 5s is that the lock boxes to get the keys were challenging to open (minor but still an inconvenience) and the couch had quite a few stains on them so we laid towels down (easy to fix). would highly recommend staying here and next time i’m in athens, ill definitely be here again!

The house was beautiful, comfortable and spotless, just like in the photos, maybe even better! The location is very convenient and quiet, ideal for resting. The host was kind, hospitable and willing to help with anything we needed. We felt at home and we will definitely come back! I highly recommend it!

Great location and sleeps a lot of people. Some of the taxis had a difficult time dropping us at the front door. It’s a restricted area.

Location, location, location. 1/2 block from the main square. It’s very busy but you can walk to everything. View from balcony of the Acropolis is from the side but it’s still great. We walked in different directions every day. Many, many restaurants, taverns everywhere. Check out the rooftop restaurant right on the corner. You enter the elevators right near the subway. Worth the stop. If you’re up to it, walk a number of blocks away from the main tourist areas or grab the subway (right next door)to find restaurants with better bang for the buck. We took the subway out when we left, super easy to do even with luggage and straight to the airport. The host was very helpful and very responsive.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Yannis and Tax, miss Flora who was super helpful and this amazing airbnb. not only we were able to drop our luggage early but we were allowed to check in early and felt right at home. they have us so many great recommendations and even hooked us up with a local taxi driver to take us to the ferry after check out. we will 100% return and recommend this place to anyone! thank you guys for everything

This centrally located room is spacious, bright, and fully equipped, offering stunning views of the Acropolis. Its location provides excellent convenience for getting around; you'll rarely need taxis or the metro as most attractions are within easy walking distance.
