Ground floor of a townhouse, with direct and independent access, 10 minutes' walk from the center , the market halls and already on the sea side! Ideal for discovering Sète on foot, you are 5 minutes from the port (direct access via a staircase) of the marine cemetery and the Paul Valéry Museum and right next to the mythical "Café Social".
