Elle a été rénovée afin de proposer, au rez de chaussée, une suite parentale, qui occupe l'ancien espace servant à démailler les poissons et entretenir les filets. Au niveau 1, un grand espace ouvert (salon salle à manger cuisine s'ouvrant sur 2 terrasses. Au niveau 2, deux autres chambres et une salle d'eau.
