Old blacksmith's workshop transformed into a small 70 m² house in the heart of a small Ardèche village, a few kilometers from Tain l'Hermitage/Tournon sur Rhône. This house consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine, a bathroom/toilet, a large living room with stove and a fully equipped kitchen. The house also has an exterior of more than 600 m² overlooking the small village of Etables where you will find a bakery and a small grocery store.
