This charming house is a 1950's villa that evokes the character and charm of the historic Estoril town, located ideally just 750m from the beach and Cascais promenade. Within easy walking distance can be found restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, gym, spas, rental bicycles, pharmacy, ice cream shop and the train station for convenient access to Lisbon and even Estoril's emblematic casino. Appointed to a high standard with simple yet sophisticated materials, such as micro cement flooring , stucco walls and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious, private garden with wood decking, a heated pool, sun loungers and table.
