Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Estômbar

Ein außergewöhnliches Ferienhaus an einem wunderschönen Strand. Die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar, wir haben viele neidische Blicke geerntet. Morgens auf der Terrasse den ersten Kaffee mit Blick aufs Meer und den menschenleeren Strand zu trinken, abends mit dem Geräusch der Wellen einschlafen - großartige Erfahrungen. Wir waren Mitte Juni dort und das Haus war innen erstaunlich kühl. Das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig und wirkt viel größer als auf den Fotos. Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind eher traditionell und einfach, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Vielen Dank, Lourenço, Bruno und Francisca. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Appartement ist ganz genau wie beschrieben und super sauber und ausgestattet. Zudem ist die Lage so zentral, dass man selbst ohne Auto gut zurechtkommt. Iona ist stets für Fragen verfügbar gewesen und sehr freundlich! Alles in Allem kann ich die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen und würde sie beim nächsten Besuch in Portimão wieder buchen.

We travel with our family every three years. This year was Portugal. We spent one week in the Algarve at Steve’s home. The home was perfect for eight adults, four children and two infants. The house had a great layout for a big family. The pool was wonderful so relaxing every afternoon to come back and swim. Steve and Nathalie were great house. Great recommendations for food and activities, including car rental rentals. If we come back to Portugal, we would stay here again thank you for a fantastic holiday home.

Beautiful Airbnb right in the middle of Lagos, but far enough off of the main drag so it’s nice and quiet at night. Easy parking nearby and just steps from the beaches and restaurants. Maggie was communicative and helpful, and check in was very simple. Wonderful experience.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub und Maria war wie ein Engel. Lieb, nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit, wirklich top.

We stayed at Isabel’s villa for 9 nights, we were 4 adults and 4 kids. The villa is fantastic - much better than the pictures, well equipped with everything you need and very spacious (big rooms, lots of outdoor space, bbq and a big pool). We paid to have the pool heated which was beneficial as some days it was a bit chilly. The villa is fairly remote, we had cars but also used Ubers to get around. It’s about a 3-4 min drive to the nearest supermarket and a 5 min drive to the main town and beach. Isabel recommended some day trips and local restaurants, all of which were great. She was also flexible with check in and check out times which was super handy with the kids, and was very responsive throughout the trip when we had questions. We’d 100% recommend this villa for a family holiday and hope to return!

Wir waren mit 3 Familien ( 6 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder max 5 Jahre alt. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Für die Kinder und für uns war einfach nur ein Traum es war die beste Unterkunft die wir hatten. Toplage ca 10 min mit Auto bis zum Strand und sich alle Einkaufs Möglichkeiten sehr gut erreichbar. Eins ist jetzt schon für uns sicher wir kommen wieder Danke Fernando für die Unterkunft und die tollen tips Ich habe mich auf Anhieb mit Fernando verstanden Bis nächstes Mal und nochmal vielen lieben Dank

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Carvoeiro und der Wohnung. Die Lage ist für uns genau richtig gewesen und die Wohnung hatte alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Tolle Gegend mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen. Danke an Petro für viele Tipps und auch dank an seine Familie ! Wir wünschen alles erdenklich Gute für die Zukunft. Appartement de standing, très beau, propre, grand (la terrasse est aussi grande que le logement!!) et une vue indescriptible de jour comme de nuit. Les restaurants sont fabuleux si vous les cibler ou si vous vous renseignez chez les bonnes personnes.(Paula et d’autres rencontres) Notre séjour fut excellent et exceptionnel dans tous les sens du terme. N’hésitez pas d’aller chez Paula et sa belle région d’algarve!!! Vive le Portugal et tout ce qu’il va avec , les gens , la convivialité et la bonne même excellente nourriture typique !! Je recommande ce logement sans aucun problème , vous ne serez pas déçus du voyage !!! C’est trop beau 😍 Viva Portugal 🇵🇹

L’hôte a été super dès notre arrivée : elle nous a tout expliqué et fait visiter l’appartement et les alentours. Il y avait de petites attentions très appréciables comme du café, du thé et de l’eau à disposition. L’appartement était impeccable, conforme aux photos, très propre, rien à dire au niveau de l’hygiène. Le lit est confortable et tout est pensé pour qu’on se sente comme chez soi, et c’est exactement ce que nous avons ressenti. Si nous revenons à Portimão, nous reviendrons ici sans hésiter. Nos encantó el alojamiento de Ricardo, es tal cual las imágenes, estaba impecable y muy acogedor, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, aire acondicionado, utensilios de cocina, champú, etc. Buena ubicación, en un complejo tranquilo pero muy cerca del centro en coche y con fácil aparcamiento. Ricardo en todo momento fue muy comunicativo y atento.

Bruno et Patrycja nous ont très bien accueilli. une petite attention nous attendait à notre arrivée. Logement propre, bien équipé et bien situé dans la région. Nous recommandons fortement.

Raquel is one of the most communicative and responsive hosts I’ve ever interacted with on Airbnb. The location of this home is unbelievable. I fell in love with Albufeira from the first few hours i was there, and couldn’t believe how well-situated this place was to all the fun the area has to offer. ACs and most amenities worked well. I’m not sure if it’s a design related to homes in that area, but the open bathroom in the master bedroom, including the shower design, seemed impractical. I needed to rearrange items in that area, and wipe the floor/toilet after every shower. The iron was unusable due to a stain on the ironing surface, and risk of damaging clothes. The washing machine was small and not very effective. We needed to do a lot of loads to clean our clothes, then air dry them, but glad we had a washer! Overall, this is a great place, Raquel’s a great host, and i recommend booking, for anyone visiting Albufeira. Great for 2 ppl, but could accommodate a couple more too. Enjoy!

Die Unterkunft von Marco war richtig super. 9/10 Punkten - warum: Ich dachte laut den Fotos, dass es das Nachbarhaus ist mit Pool. Wir waren im ersten Stock und eigentlich bevorzuge ich mit meinem 5 jährigen Sohn eine Unterkunft im Erdgeschoss, dass war leider nicht ganz klar ersichtlich. Top war: nicht mal 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, tolle Restaurants am Strand, teurer Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist super sauber und die Küche hat für Selbstversorger alles was man unbedingt braucht aber auch nicht mehr, kein Nudelsieb und auch keine Zitronenpresse, zB. Geschirr auch minimal von der Stückanzahl (6 Gläser). Marco und seine Mama sind super nett und hilfreich beim Check in, weiters haben wir sie nicht gebraucht, da es nicht unser erster Portugal Urlaub war. Preis-Leistung mit Pool top - kann man nichts ausschließen. Portimão super Lage mit Auto in 50 Minuten in Faro Flughafen und in 30 Minuten in Lagos. Liebe Grüße, Jessica & Family.

Ana’s place felt like a home away from home, we absolutely fell in love with it! The view from the balcony is just unbeatable, even on a cloudy day we enjoyed spending the day there. You have all the amenities you could need for a few days, and the apartment was just spotless! Communication was easy both with Ana and Joao, they were really helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the place, and would definitely book again!

Paulo’s place is a good apartment for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was located outside but still close to touristic areas, restaurants etc. You can easily spend more than a week here. His space was spacious and well-equipped place. We enjoyed ourselves and can recommend! :)

Fabulous Penthouse apartment, so very close to the beach and restaurants. Perfect location. Elisa, our host was super attentive, providing all the information we needed to ensure that our short break was a peaceful and relaxing experience. We had an early flight into Faro so Elisa arranged our transport ( Carlos was brilliant) and let us drop our bags off so we could get some lunch without the bother of dragging cases around. Elisa then messaged us at 1pm saying we could get in early as the penthouse was ready. During our stay Elisa made light touches to check that everything was ok which was most welcomed. A perfect host. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ana’s place. The location is perfect! Beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores are all just minutes away by foot. It’s also centrally located within the Algarve region, so if you have a rental car, you can plan on all kinds of amazing things to do and places to see. Her place also has some extras that made our stay perfect…a water cooler for refilling water bottles, a washing machine and a separate dryer, a soft-sided cooler with ice packs, beach towels, and a view of the ocean! Ana is an excellent host! She answered any and all questions quickly. We can’t wait to go back in the future!

if I could give Anita 10 stars I would. Met by the host, in this case Antonio, and shown everything about the apartment, ideas for activities AND given an incredible welcome package that allowed us 2 tired travellers to just relax on the balcony with nibbles etc. and a gorgeous view. Among other things, Beautiful, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and living room (love that "cuddle" chair). I could go on and on. You won't regret staying here. We recommend 100%!

Carlota’s place is located in amazing Villa with beautiful surroundings! Amazing beaches to get to and her local recommendations were excellent ! The pool was great but unfortunately due to the weather it was a bit too cold to use and shower facilities were under construction. The only downside is the bed option, as described from the picture, the main bedroom is with 2 twin beds and a sofa bed. One big bed would’ve been more comfortable but breathtakingly beautiful view makes everything ok. We had some issue with laundry machine as it wasn’t in a good condition but we cleaned it and bought strong scent laundry detergent made it usable again! Wonderful memories from the beautiful landscape and activities and especial thanks to warm and heart full neighbor downstairs! Thank you again and it was a pleasant stay!
