Desk for those that want to work. 13 miles to Boulder 20 miles to Nederland 27 miles to Eldora Ski Resort 9 miles to Gold Hill 30 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park Hiking all around. The Hosts: We're quite literally a mom-and-pop operation, no soulless corporate management company here, just real people. This is our one and only listing, we live on-site.
