Enjoy a cozy stay in our studio. We're centrally-located in the heart of Fort Myers, with the interstate, RSW airport and Gulf Coast Town Center shops right around the corner. The beach is only a 25 minute drive, 10 minutes to the outlets, and 25 minutes to downtown. It's nice and quiet inside, with a place to work, relax to some TV, and has a comfortable queen size bed and a futon for an extra person. We have a full bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, towels and plates to enjoy a meal.

Entire cozy house just for you friends and family. Perfect to spend a pleasant and relaxed moment. If you plan to have a party or event, this place is NOT for you. The neighbors are very strict in terms of noise and large groups of people. Well maintained house. CLEAN POOL BUT NOT HEATED. Loved our stay, wish it was longer. Kitchen was very well equipped! Plenty of dishes, glassware, cooking implements and small appliances. All large appliances were clean, spacious and new! The community was very quiet, just what we needed to recharge. Loved that the pool was a short walk from the condo. Jose was proactive , friendly and very responsive and timely with our questions from start to finish! We felt right at home!

One of the BEST Airbnbs I've ever stayed at!!! I didn't wanna leave. Jan and Sigfredo are wonderful kind hosts, they care a lot about their guests. I felt welcome and at home. The best part was their peaceful garden with all the birds, iguanas, rabbits, even ducks with babies, and beautiful Florida trees that create a lot shade. There's also a small lake you can see from the backyard. I spent a lot of time in the garden every day. The beach is only 10 minutes away, tons of restaurants around, Publix grocery store is almost next door. The bedroom is beautifully decorated, with a nice view to the garden. The bed is very soft and comfortable, the shower is huge. Everything was perfectly clean. Your bedroom and bathroom are separated from the house by a door and you get a private entrance with you own patio, which makes it really private. 2 dogs and 2 cats made for a fun stay (they are in the hosts' part of the house). Thank you Jan and Sigfredo for sharing your house with me!!!

Stella’s home is fantastic!! A perfect place for a luxurious beach vacation. The house’s decor is stunning and the location is ideal with only a 2-minute walk to the beach. The property is equipped with everything you need (and then some) and Stella is the most responsive host. This property is a pure gem and I wouldn't hesitate to book again and again.

What a wonderful week in this beautiful home!! This home is well stocked with all that you will need for a great get-away. The recliners were perfect for us. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, cooking utensils and a beautiful island. There were surplus towels & linens as well as supplies for the beach and pool. We'd be back in a heartbeat!! Jamie was very helpful and friendly. We loved the location with easy access to the beach in less than 10 minutes. Summerlin's Cafe and Yoder's Homemade Ice Cream were some of our favorites.
