The Thunderbird Tiny House

The Thunderbird tiny house is located on the Thunderbird Ranch about 13 miles west of Mountainair, New Mexico. We are surrounded by the Cibola National Forest on all four sides. The property is owned by the Wester's and has been in their family for almost a hundred years. We also have other vacation homes for rent so if you want to bring another family we can accommodate that. The Mountains escape will be an unforgettable experience. Just 30 minutes away from Albuquerque. be on top of the mountains with out loosing city benefits like internet, local channel tv , Netflix, and why not your own and private full bathroom for each bedroom. We enjoyed getting out of the ordinary at this mobile home so much, that now, we want to share it with you. (Please be aware that during the winter season you must have a 4x4 or all wheel drive in order to get into the parking lot .)

We are located on a 2.75 acre homestead property just south of Albuquerque in a small agricultural community. It is a perfect retreat space for those looking to get away but stay close to amenities. We live in an 1890 adobe home that shares the property with the casita and we have quiet and friendly neighbors. We have a handful of fruit trees, a hoop house where we are growing vegetables, and a wild 1 acre field. The property is fully fenced with private parking right outside the casita.
