The 45 m² apartment has a large, light-flooded living room with sofa-bed and separate sleeping area with a queen-size bed. In addition to the large kitchen and daylight bathroom, the absolute highlight is the small loggia.

The bus station is about 500 meters from the house. In 12 minutes by bus to Essen city center. 20 minutes to Essen central train station. Netto and Aldi are right at your doorstep. Laundromat, DM, Rewe, Edeka, hairdresser, post office/DHL are 2 km away.

The fair is a 10-minute walk, and the Rü with supermarkets and restaurants is only 5 minutes away. Düsseldorf Old Town is just 25 minutes away by car. The apartment is equipped with a comfortable 140 cm bed, a cozy couch, a fully equipped kitchen, a desk and Wi-Fi – perfect for working or relaxing.

The apartment is centrally located between the main train station and Messe Essen. We rent our small guest room with private bathroom and separate entrance. The room has a bed 80 x 200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160 x 200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 square meters (plus bathroom), but otherwise has everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...
