Wonderful house in peace and beautiful nature. Everybody comes to sit in their own corner and then we just lost each other. Being Anna and Max very welcoming and sweet. This will make you feel immediately welcome and at home. Lovely pampering will complete it all.

We had a very nice time at Michael's place. It is located on a quiet street with plenty of parking. Michael was always available and answered our questions quickly. We were received in a very friendly manner and guided through the house. During the tour, we noticed how well the house is equipped with towels, hair dryer, sufficient dishes and cutlery, spices for cooking, WiFi and much more. All rooms were tidy, clean and very lovingly furnished. For 8, we had more than enough space. We felt very comfortable right away. Thanks to Michael for the wonderful accommodation:)

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights at Christina's place. It is perfectly well located and the apartment is fully equipped for a small family. Overall, we had a pleasant exchange of messages with Christina and enjoyed our trip!

We had a great time staying at Nazanins apartment. The communication was good and everything was clear. The apartment is in a nice neighbourhood whith cozy bars and a good pizzaria. The balcony is a good place to start your day whith a cup of coffee in the sun and view on the backyard. We will defenitily book again when back in Essen.

We loved our stay at Bella's apartment. The host was always ready to answer any and all questions we might have, and didn't hesitate to swing by to drop off supplies, if we needed anything. We already made plans to go there for our vacation next year! We would definitely recommend this apartement. The kitchen had everything we needed, from pans to plates... the ONLY thing missing was a pair of scissors ✂️ 😆 But nothing we couldn't do without. Thanks for having us! 🍄🪙🕹️

We had a wonderful weekend in the apartment. This is furnished with a lot of love and the landlords provide a lot, which makes the stay very comfortable. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and nicely decorated - you noticed that someone made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of Essen. There are very good shopping facilities (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe), several bakeries and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and looks exactly like the photos. We particularly liked the brick wall with the timber frame and the wooden floorboards. There is a balcony to the courtyard and the kitchen is great! Rüdiger is a great host. He greeted us personally, which we found very nice, especially since he had to wait for us. He had a lot of good tips for bike tours and activities in Essen and the surrounding area. Essen is an ideal starting point for excursions in and around the Ruhr area. The musical "Starlight Express," for example, is 25 minutes by car. We really enjoyed the days and would be happy to come back.
