It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Große, gemütliche und familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung mit Balkon und Garten. Mit liebe zum Detail, voll ausgestattet. Mit Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Einzelbett. Ein weiteres Zimmer mit einem kleinen Doppelbett, welches man zu zweit nutzen kann. Wir haben Spielzeug, Bücher usw. damit auch die Kleinsten sich bei uns wohlfühlen. Küche ist voll ausgestattet und mit einem Waschtrockner versehen. Balkon und Garten vorhanden. Ein Stellplatz ist da. Sie können gerne Hund oder Katze mitbringen.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.
