Functional, new house from 2021 in a nice and safe environment. Close to forest, beach and shopping. The garden faces south, which allows for a lot of sun and play in the garden. The house has all modern equipment, a large terrace, WiFi, two bathrooms and exercise equipment. There is room for a big dinner and a cozy moment in front of the TV.
