Own guest part on beautiful island Hven.

In our house, the western school on the island of Hven, there is a separate newly renovated guest area that we are happy to rent to you. The guest area has its own lockable entrance and its own patio. It is about 20 sqm and consists of a room with a bunk bed 120*90 cm and a kitchenette. Toilet with sink and separate shower room with sauna. The house is centrally located on the island in Tuna village, close to the shop and several of the island's restaurants but still in a quiet and somewhat secluded location with open fields in front of the patio. Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

The annex is located at the back of our garden with its own entrance and terrace with garden furniture. The annex is 22 m2 and furnished with a living room/kitchenette (fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine), bedroom with double bed 160 cm wide and bathroom with bathtub/shower. 100 meters from a fantastic beach and Espergærde's small harbor with cozy cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants. Close to Louisiana (2 km). Helsingør (6 km). Only 30 minutes from Copenhagen. Bringing your own hotplates is not allowed. Children under 10 years old are not allowed.

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.
