New studio (March 2024) very quiet 33 m2 for two people (possibility to accommodate a third person) on the ground floor of the house and garden level. Access to two small terraces with great sun exposure for breakfast in the sun and dinner on the west side. Large bedroom with storage and desk, small functional kitchen. We offer you a stay in a recent studio (2022) fully equipped 34 m² for 2 or even 4, in Esnandes (coastal village 10 km from La Rochelle and 14 km from the Île de Ré Bridge). Quiet, in the countryside and 3 km from the Atlantic Coast (Aiguillon Bay) in a village with all shops. Access via a common driveway but completely independent of our house. Parking next to the accommodation on the property and small garden for meals and rest.
