Now, we finally rent out our newly renovated (ready 2022) unique farmhouse of 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave,coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4a. The bathroom farmhouse gem, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs there is the bedroom, 160 bed, a small sofa and armchair as well as swivel smart TV. The farmhouse is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

The lake house - boats, beach, sauna, jetty and barbecue!

Create new memories in a unique accommodation on a large south-facing headland with panoramic views of Storsjön. In the canoe, boat or Stand Up Paddle on the fish-rich lake (70 km² and 150 islands). Late breakfast on the jetty. Swim privately from the jetty or by the small sandy beach after the sauna. Close to Högbo Bruk with mountain bike trails, canoe trails, paddle tennis, cross-country trails and large forests. 28km to Kungsberget's ski resort for slalom & cross country skiing, hiking, bear safari. Gävle town and Furuviks park. Motorboat available to hire.

Unique accommodation with pool table, movie projector and pool. The pool is available June-August. Craving a movie night? Here you can watch movies in front of a 100" screen with Dolby Atmos sound system. You sleep on memory foam mattresses. Family with children? We lend out a travel bed, toys, books - and a slide to the pool. There is free parking and Wi-Fi. Electric vehicle charging is available at an agreed price. The house has its own entrance with a gate code and is an extension of the main building where the owner lives. Welcome!

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

In Bergby, a small village between Gävle & Söderhamn you'll find this cabin. With only a couple of minutes from the highway E4 you will take yourself to this peaceful getaway faster than a blink. As our guest you are close to restaurants, stores and the amazing nature life this village offers. The cabin offers a big kitchen, WC with shower & washing machine and a lot of social spaces. Three adults sleep comfortable and extra beds can be provided upon request. Towels and bedsheets is included.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Easily accessible cottage on the road connected island, Eskön, on the east coast of Sweden. The cottage has been completely remodelled in the last years and includes all amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. A small beach and marina is just 100m from the lot and a summer open kiosk with basic groceries is just 50m away. Great strolling paths by the ocean easily accessible through a short walk from the lot. To downtown Gävle is a 20 min drive.

Cozy cottage in basement located in lush garden with fruit trees. The upper floor has an open floor plan with kitchen and living room with sofa bed. There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.
