Cozy 2.5-room apartment in Bellach Bright, self-contained apartment on the ground floor of our EFH, ideal for couples or small families with one toddler. The apartment offers one bedroom, living room with dining area, modern kitchen with bar and private bathroom with washing tower. Quiet, family-friendly location with proximity to Solothurn. Nearest bus station is 150m away. By public transport, you can reach the old town of Solothurn in 9 minutes. We, a warm family with two boys, are looking forward to nice guests.

This unique place has a very special style. Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with a large terrace 20 m2 and garden is located on the raised ground floor, a large apartment 80 m2 with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambience. Close to the center and yet very quiet. A church nearby, but inside you can't hear anything from it, from midnight it no longer rings. The 1929 manor house is located in a very quiet neighborhood and is still only 5 minutes (on foot) from the center. The apartment was gently renovated in 2017 and is a little more than functionally equipped. (Coffee maker, 55" LED TV incl. Netflix or Pay TV and spacious balcony). A washing machine is also available on request.
