The small apartment (30 m²) can be booked for 2 people, with a child, up to 3 people, and has a living room/bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Parking in the courtyard, to the right of the house. 3 km from the old town. Marktkauf, Mediamarkt, hardware store and other shopping facilities are within walking distance. It is a suite in a single-family home (bungalow) where our family lives. Please note: We have two lovely dogs (Lilli and Berry) who like to greet our guests.

A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

The apartment is built and designed with natural building materials, such as wood, clay and eco-paint. The apartment is rather unsuitable for children for safety reasons. Also for people who have difficulty with stairs.
