Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

This small vacation apartment for a maximum of two people is located on the first floor in the rear building and can be reached through a separate entrance through a staircase. This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

The old refurbished wooden beams provide a cozy comfort and the spacious 20 square meter terrace invites you to linger in summer at the latest, Balcony furniture and a beach chair are available for this. The train station in Nörten is easily accessible on foot within 6 minutes. You don't need any longer to get to the bakery.
