Erin's condo was hands down the best place we've stayed thus far! My family absolutely enjoyed the space very much. You will not a single thing staying here, aside from food and drink. We cooked every single day, and really enjoyed the grill. The views are so beautiful and relaxing. The pool and beach area are so perfect for kids to enjoy, even adults! Johnson Beach was a few short miles down the road, we were able to watch the Blue Angels practice show from there. (This was a scheduled practice, check their calendar). We are already planning our next trip back to this amazing condo. The Pointe Restaurant has amazing food and friendly service if you get out and want to eat. Erin was super responsive to all texts, we had no issues at all during our stay. Thank you again, Erin, for being so kind and courteous. We look forward to staying again.

Rob was such a great host! He was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The house was perfect for 8 guests with plenty of space, linens, kitchen supplies, etc. We would love to stay here again!

Thank you for this wonderful stay! We were lucky to spend nearly six weeks in this beautiful place, with the ocean on one side and Sabine Bay on the other — truly a little piece of paradise. Anne was an exceptional host: kind, accommodating, and thoughtful, especially with the welcome basket filled with treats (pastries, milk, water, fruits, etc.) for our first breakfast. The condo was very well equipped, both inside and with everything needed to fully enjoy the beach. An unforgettable experience!

Her place is beautiful and super clean! It is a very short walk to the beach and just a quick drive to the area's restaurants and shops. Would 100% recommend staying here!

This was our second time staying here. It's clean and spacious. I love how close it is to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to have a couple home cooked meals and even did a little baking! Beautiful place and another wonderful time with the family.

I can not say enough about Amy and the place my family stayed at while on vacation in Pensacola. Amy was very responsive whenever we had a question. She also did a great job making recommendations. The place was exactly as described in the listing. They went above and beyond and had a brand new pack and play delivered for our younger son. We will absolutely be going back this stay with Amy the next time we are in town.

We had a great week here for Spring Break!!!! The directions were a little off saying the office was located across the street and we never did get codes to any of the doors - however, we lived!:). We would love to stay here again! Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Maliani provided clear instructions that were very helpful. The community has great beach and pool access via complimentary shuttle service. We loved relaxing at the beach and then walking to the beach club restaurant to enjoy a bite to eat while over looking the water. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Amy’s place! It was very clean and exactly as described! We had no trouble getting to and from all the places we wanted to visit! Highly recommend!

Our accommodations were great and they had everything we needed. The interior design was modern and attractive. The beds were very comfortable and the master bedroom/bathroom/living space were spacious. There were 3 baby gates installed at the stairs but 2 were broken when we arrived. I contacted Dan and even though maintenance couldn’t come to fix the issue Dan ordered and had 2 new ones delivered the same day. Dan was a great host and was always very quick to respond. They had a lot of beach equipment available and the shuttle bus they provided around the property and to the beach was helpful and easy to use. You just call a number and they show up at your door in a few minutes. The only negative about the stay was that you’re not allowed to drive the golf cart to the beach to drop off your things. That would’ve been very helpful but no golf carts are allowed on the main road. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay again. Thanks again Dan!

We had a fantastic stay during our family vacation in a quiet, safe, and family friendly area. The place was welcoming, clean, and perfect for a small family. It was minutes to the beach and close enough to other amenities (like grocery stores). We didn't need to bring any beach items or toys because they provided plenty. My only advice is to be prepared for Florida insects! Host was very responsive.

What a great place to stay. Nice and pretty neighborhood. We have family in Lillian, Alabama so the location was perfect for us. We were also a short drive to a lot of good places to eat and shop. The beach was a short drive too. We loved being in a neighborhood instead of in the middle of all the hotels and tourist attractions. Much more relaxing. We compared prices with hotels and the local KOA campground cabins and this was by far the best option and the best value. We had a whole townhouse to ourselves. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We thought we might have an extra person coming and they had no problem with that. I will definitely try and stay here again when we visit family.

This has become my go-to destination for trips to Pensacola! Quaint, cozy and just the right amount of space … I LOVE IT HERE!

AJ and Jenise were phenomenal hosts. Their instructions were clear and concise. They were responsive to any questions we had. Their home was spotless and well set up. It helped us feel right at home while being away from home. I would highly recommend anyone stay at any of AJ and Jenise’s homes.

Very nice place. Layout for us was just what we were looking for. You could just walk right in from the parking lot. You had everything you needed for your stay. Appliances were top notch. Very clean. Pleasurable to sit on the couch and look outside two big windows. Sitting area in the back had privacy. Stocked with kitchen accessories. The stairs going up were nice big wide stairs. There was a beautiful king bed with a full nice size bathroom. You had two big tv’s down and up. Close to gas stations, restaurants and stores. The Pensocola Beach was very close by. There where beach accessories to take with you. So accommodating. Host was great. Responded quick. We will be back and tell others about this place.

Immaculate townhouse near just about anything you need. Looked exactly like the pictures show. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a really beautiful place. We really liked the comfy beds, the screened porch and the comfortable living room furniture. The A/C and the fans were wonderful to have. The owners were so kind to readily answer my questions. We liked that we could call for a shuttle to take us to the beach and back. We enjoyed the larger pool as well.

What a wonderful place for our family vacation! Jackie was so accommodating making sure we all comfortable. The home was amazing with lots of games and fun for our kiddos! As we arrived we were welcomed with a snack basket and a gift card to dominos! I would definitely recommend for any family with young children. We hope this rental is available for our next trip to Pensacola!

Very responsive, the place was even better than the pictures, she even had all the seasonings you needed in the cabinets lol.
