Monthly Rentals in Erve

I had a wonderful stay! The accommodation was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back in the future!

The apartment is very suitable for 3 people, we slept very well, the apartment is newly renovated and has a small balcony and air conditioning. Since the windows face the courtyard, it was very quiet in the evening and at night. The landlady was always available and could always help us quickly. Parking in the courtyard only for small cars, but free public parking around the corner. Supermarkets within walking distance, to the city center / train station you can walk about 20 min. Lecco is very nice & perfect for excursions to Milan (good train connection), Bergamo and Lake Como.

We enjoyed it very much, would come back anytime. Tomas was very friendly and always available.

Carlo and his family are great hosts, we felt very comfortable. A highlight was the terrace overlooking the mountains and the beautiful greenery with birdsong.
