Minsaf and his team were always available for any queries we had and helped to make our stay comfortable. Convenient location on the way to the airport, not too far from the main city area either. The place was kept clean and stocked with essential supplies. Would definitely visit the place again.

This is a beautiful cozy and peaceful place, there is also an incredible terrace with a view over the landscape. The house is 100% clean, comfortable and calm. Highly recommended as a stop to have some relax between all your Indian adventures;) as we came here- we understood, how important this was for us. Vismaya and the whole family are SO friendly, open, caring. They saluted us with fresh coconuts:), teached us cooking Ayurvedic dishes, organised many sightseeing trips around. We are very grateful. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with such warmth and grace... Abhinav has this rare quality of being incredibly friendly and welcoming, while still giving us all the space and privacy we needed... It made us feel comfortable, at ease... almost like staying at a friend’s place without any of the obligations... The house itself is beautiful... centrally located and very convenient with the Metro Station just a short walk away... It made exploring the city so easy... The space was clean... thoughtfully maintained and tastefully decorated with an aesthetic that instantly puts you at ease... Every corner felt intentional, calm, and elegant without trying too hard. I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had a genuinely pleasant experience. The first thing that stood out to me was the cleanliness and hygiene of the space — everything was spotless, well-maintained, and gave a very fresh feel from the moment I walked in. It’s clear that the host takes great care in preparing the space for guests. The property was also fully equipped with all the necessary amenities — from a well-stocked kitchen to a comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing mechine and even small thoughtful touches that made a big difference. I didn’t feel the lack of anything during my stay. Most importantly, I felt it was excellent value for money. The quality of the stay definitely exceeded my expectations for the price paid. Overall, I had a seamless and satisfying experience, and I would not hesitate to book this place again or recommend it to friends and fellow travelers.

Anyone who wants to stay in Kochi and move around in the city, this place in Kakkanad is just ideal and nice for short and long stay. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The kitchen has all the required utensils for a family that is looking to eat home cooked meals. The bathrooms are neat and spotless. One of the best places we as a family have stayed. The place is really good! We truly felt at home. The place is very clean, well organised, and welll designed too! Mr. Sabiq was a fantastic host, very responsive and flexible. The place is very close to airport-4mins drive to airport, but cant hear any airplane noise. The house was well prepared, loaded with necessary anemities and more. We highly recommend the place. We would surely rebook it again and again.

Nice place and Really good host

Stayed there for a day with my friend and had a really nice time. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean room with beautiful portrait paintings and a sofa bed. The bathroom was quite big as well with separate toilet, bathing and dressing area. Also had an mind bending mentalism session with Amal the care taker would definitely recommend 👌🏽✨ Hoping to visit sometime again with family ♥️

Charming and Comfortable Three-Room House in a Quiet Neighborhood I recently had the pleasure of staying in this cozy three-room house, and it was a wonderful experience. The ground floor offers a welcoming and functional space, with an open-plan kitchen and dining area that flows seamlessly into a comfortable sitting area—perfect for relaxing or hosting a small gathering. The kitchen was well-equipped, making meal prep easy and enjoyable. Upstairs, the first floor features two spacious and well-lit bedrooms, ideal for families or guests. Both rooms felt private and peaceful, with plenty of natural light and fresh air. One of my favorite parts of the house was the upper terrace, which offers a great view of the quiet neighborhood—ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The laundry room up there was also a convenient bonus. The neighborhood itself was very peaceful and safe, with friendly neighbors and minimal traffic.

Great place to stay at the heart of the city. Easy access to locations and transportation. The apartment was just as described. The owner/facilitator was extremely helpful and responsive. They also have frequent cleaning service but make sure to ask for it if not provided (we weren't aware of it until the last few days of checkout). One recommendation will be to add a microwave to the listing.
