Parking was cumbersome. The space was overcrowded with cars of nearby bar. Apart from this, everything else was good. But there's nothing that could be done by the owner to improve this due to space constraints in the premises.

The stay was comfortable, the host I'd responsive and proactive. The place is well located, however the approach road is narrow but surroundings are nice. The overall stay was comfi and the place is nice and as shown in photos. It was a truly pet friendly place and that made the difference. It was totally great value for money.

This was my second time staying here, and it was as good as the first time 🙂

We loved our time in this apartment, particularly due to John, the person living in the adjoining property. John gives the warmest welcome to Fort Kochi and was the kindest temporary neighbor. The apartment has all that you could need and is in great walking distance to all the nearby attractions and restaurants. You'll probably be out most of the day, but this apartment is a great one to return to after a day spent walking around.

Aparna is friendly super host and quick responsive. Location is very close to main road and less than 4 km from the Kottayam town and railway station. We liked the apartment and it’s very spacious, all amenities are provided. Highly recommended for others.

Stayed at the flat for 2 weeks-We had a great time, clean, safe, nice ambience. Host responded immediately every time we had a question or concern. Overall it was a great experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment on the 10th floor! The rooms were clean, spacious, and had balconies offering a stunning view. The place was definitely worth the price, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. While WiFi and a few more basic kitchen utensils would have made the stay even better, these were already mentioned as unavailable in the listing, so no surprises there. Overall, a great experience, and I’d love to stay here again!

We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. Amruth’s home stay was as perfect as the images portrayed in the app. The aesthetics was commendable. What was the highlight of the stay was the view and surrounding; calm & quiet, stunning view of the Periyar river. The place was neat, clean and very comfortable. Amruth is a gem of a person. He very polite, a responsive host, always trying to ensure his guest are comfortable and provided for, goes out of his way to ensure he keeps it that way. I will definitly recommend his stay because his hospitality makes the place better. Thankyou sir.

This place was lovely and exactly what I needed to recharge after days of travel. The sheets were soft and high quality, the pillows were so comfortable. I had the best sleep in the air conditioned room. The kitchen had all the essentials. The bathrooms were very clean. Overall, the apartment was neat and clean. It’s in a beautiful building and I had access to a grocery store nearby to cook my own food. The building also offers a restaurant with tasty food, and it was easy to deliver food to the front door if needed. Nabeel was very responsive and helpful to any and all questions or requests. 10/10 recommend anyone to be hosted by Nabeel :)

The place had really good vibe and it kinda has Victorian vibes. The place was comfy and pretty clean. Host is really good and always ready to help out and responds quickly
